“I have always found all the staff at Robert Ellis to be most helpful and professional in all my dealings with them which is why I have confidence in their ability to carry out letting my property on my behalf for many years now. Recently when a difficult problem arose with a tenant , it was solved by Louise Mitchell and her team in a particularly sensitive, sympathetic and professional manner. I have also had a great deal of help from Guy Hall and his team in the past.”

“Karen. The staff at the Stapleford branch are particularly helpful, especially Wendy and Charlie. They check my rented property regularly, I have their contractors deal with any maintenance issues, and I am never "ripped off". Very pleased with the service.”

“Estate Agents are only as good as the attitude of the people within them. I've dealt with them on a professional basis on mortgages for many years and the team have been helping me for the past 8 years on charitable events and simply couldn't do enough to help others. Exemplary!”

“when ever they come up with Oscar awards for estate agents, then i would say robert ellis would be in the crowd, and the two most favourites to be going on stage to collect, would be Sharee and Mandy, they probably cant sing,or act ! but they are real stars when it comes to being the GOLDEN girls. i would like to thank you both for your assistance in past 18 months, and would hope you continue to be who you are. many thanks DB”

“Robert Ellis sold our house within a week of putting it up for sale. We had at least 8 viewings in 2 days of the the board going up. Beth McGill did a fantastic job of keeping me updated throughout the process. I would recommend them to anyone.”

“The letting service provided by Robert Ellis is excellent. Our contact Abbie Murphy proved very efficient and handled queries as they came up on a day to day basis. What would be useful is for Robert Ellis is to have some feedback system for where where contractors have provided a service.”

“Did exactly what you want from an estate agent. Valuation was realistic but consistent with others. They were very thorough with the details of our house and found a buyer within 5 days of putting it on to the market. What more could you ask for? Have also supported the local community by generously sponsoring Breaston in Bloom for the past 2 years.”

“We have been tenants in a Robert Ellis property for 5 years and cannot fault them. We are only leaving now as we are moving away from the area. David especially has been fantastic and his customer service is second to none. I would very highly recommend the lettings team in Long Eaton to anyone looking to rent a property in the area.”

“Having recently become tenants of Robert Ellis, I am so impressed with their service so far. Abbie was fantastic in helping us secure our lovely rented house and was so supportive throughout the process. Claire was friendly, polite and efficient when we had a few minor maintenance issues. The problems were resolved within 4 days and the contractors sent to us were brilliant. Everyone seems to be so welcoming and happy to help and the team are giving letting agents a good name!”
