“Neil Milward, Caroline Dunn and the team at the Long Eaton office were extremely professional, knowledgable and helpful in our house sale. “The sale of my house and the purchase of a new property were handled by the Stapleford and Beeston offices respectively. Excellent customer service from both offices making the overall process as stress free as possible. Particular mention for Beth at Stapleford who always kept me updated on my sale in a positive and reassuring manner. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Marie at Beeston also handled my purchase with calm authority which I was grateful for! I would recommend either office without hesitation.”

“Fantastic service from start to finish! All the team were helpful, friendly and most importantly - on the ball! Always did what they said they were going to do and the tremendous teamwork meant that who ever you spoke to always knew what the latest position was. I'd like to say a huge thanks to Dawn Stokes and the team for taking the stress out of selling my house. Brilliant job! I have no doubt I'll use Robert Ellis again in the future and am delighted to recommend them to others.”

“As a first time buyer they really helped me though the buying process. My sales negotiator, Debbie Marlow was very helpful and made me feel like they were able to advise and support me not just the seller, particularly when things got a bit more tense and there were some disagreements. I was continually updated on progress of the sale from start to finish and overall they made the purchase as smooth as possible.”

“Once again, excellent service from Robert Ellis,Beeston branch. We always use them to deal with our property sales and purchases. Not only do they attend to the initial stages of the process but are very proactive in sorting out the final stages so that delays are minimal and hassle free. Marie was excellent in dealing with our recent purchase and she, and the rest of the team ( including the directors) must be commended on their level of service. Keep up the good work!”

“We had thegreat pleasure of Marie helping us find our property. Absolutely brilliant service, always ready to help and advise and went above and beyond what we expected from an estate agent, always finding ways to make our purchase easier. I think its fair to say Marie did more to get this purchase through for us than our solicitor.
