“Once again, excellent service from Robert Ellis,Beeston branch. We always use them to deal with our property sales and purchases. Not only do they attend to the initial stages of the process but are very proactive in sorting out the final stages so that delays are minimal and hassle free. Marie was excellent in dealing with our recent purchase and she, and the rest of the team ( including the directors) must be commended on their level of service. Keep up the good work!”

“We had thegreat pleasure of Marie helping us find our property. Absolutely brilliant service, always ready to help and advise and went above and beyond what we expected from an estate agent, always finding ways to make our purchase easier. I think its fair to say Marie did more to get this purchase through for us than our solicitor. If you are looking for the top estate agents in the Nottingham area, look no further than Robert Ellis and if you are lucky enough to deal with Marie you will be very happy.”

“Robert Ellis were very helpful to us moving house. They supported us through and were very efficient. Both Sam and Melanie at the Beeston office helped me and my partner find our first home in a very long process. they were able to chase things for us and ensure we were informed. “I have always found all the staff at Robert Ellis to be most helpful and professional in all my dealings with them which is why I have confidence in their ability to carry out letting my property on my behalf for many years now. Recently when a difficult problem arose with a tenant , it was solved by Louise Mitchell and her team in a particularly sensitive, sympathetic and professional manner. I have also had a great deal of help from Guy Hall and his team in the past.”

“Karen. The staff at the Stapleford branch are particularly helpful, especially Wendy and Charlie. They check my rented property regularly, I have their contractors deal with any maintenance issues, and I am never "ripped off". Very pleased with the service.”

“when ever they come up with Oscar awards for estate agents, then i would say robert ellis would be in the crowd, and the two most favourites to be going on stage to collect, would be Sharee and Mandy, they probably cant sing,or act ! but they are real stars when it comes to being the GOLDEN girls. i would like to thank you both for your assistance in past 18 months, and would hope you continue to be who you are. many thanks DB”

“Robert Ellis sold our house within a week of putting it up for sale. We had at least 8 viewings in 2 days of the the board going up. Beth McGill did a fantastic job of keeping me updated throughout the process. I would recommend them to anyone.”

“The letting service provided by Robert Ellis is excellent. Our contact Abbie Murphy proved very efficient and handled queries as they came up on a day to day basis. What would be useful is for Robert Ellis is to have some feedback system for where where contractors have provided a service.”
