“Whilst purchasing our first home we went to the mortgage company for help and advice on what was the best mortgage for us as first time buyers. I truly recommend Tim and the rest of the team there knowledge, advice and customer service along the way was impeccable and an absolutely stress free experience for us! Couldn’t thank them enough.”

“After 1st meeting Nathan from the Stapleford branch I knew I wanted Robert Ellis to deal with renting out my 1st rental property. The combination of sales pitch and chat was spot on and professionalism above the rest. Wendy was my main contact at the Stapleford branch and was again extremely professional and knowledgable whatever my daft question was and went the extra mile on numerous occasions. The rest of the staff, who I had brief meetings with, were also very helpful and professional. I would have no hesitation both using or recommending Robert Ellis and hope to with property number 2 in the very near future. Neil C”

“We own a rental in Stapleford, Nottingham. So we went to Stapleford branch of Robert Ellis. Our experience from start to finish was excellent. They kept us informed at each stage from finding a tenant to completion which was very reassuring. We have now given them our second flat to find us tenant for which we are sure they would try their hardest to find.”

“Louise at the Long Eaton branch was extremely helpful with the sale of my late mother in laws house. The sale appeared to take ‘forever’ but with Louise chasing up both sets of solicitors for us on more than one occasion, we were able to complete on the sale. Many many thanks Louise.”

“Louise and the rest of the Team at the Long Eaton Sales branch were very helpful in the purchase of my new home. Louise was very helpful and I especially appreciated being kept up to date with how the purchase was progressing. There were unforeseen complications arranging my mortgage, which delayed the sale. “I have used Robert Ellis for many years, but this is the first with the Stapleford Branch. Debbie Marlow was our main contact and all the requests we made were effieciently dealt with. We had problems with the progress of the sale but Debbie chased the other parties to ensure a quick completion of the sale. Well Done.”

“I would like to thank all the Robert Ellis team at Long eaton for their assistance to my Mother who at 87 moved from Solihull where she had lived all her life to Breaston where I live. It was a process for all of us but we found we were always able to speak to someone at the office, particularly Dawn, when things were tricky!...she has settled in quickly and it is so nice to have her around the corner!...thanks again. “Yes, I was dealing with debi she is kind person & acting professionally.l thanks her for the help.but only one thing I need to mention which is some time l was calling the office (especially first time in morning for example 9:30) but no one were there to answer the phone.otherwise everything is fine with Robert Ellis.”

“Absolutely brilliant service from the rentals. I especially would like to say a big thank you to the accounts team Ashleigh, Emily and Lorraine. Being a landlord I always am very concerned about if and when my tenants will pay but Ashleigh always keeps me up to date with any late rent payments and promptly gets the matter resolved by continually chasing up. Brilliant Team of staff always polite and friendly.”

“I can fully recommend Robert Ellis at Beeston, they are extremely professional and gave me a realistic valuation, then all the way through the sale I was kept full informed of viewings, offers etc. Sam was very helpful, informative & professional throughout. The Beeston branch were hands on from the onset and were always a pleasure to talk to. “From initial valuation with Tom who was extremely professional and gave us a concise and fully explained valuation,and then sales progression with Melanie who again has been extremely helpful,professional and informative at every stage and very proactive and hands on, always with a cheerful manner. “Me and my wife, have recently sold our house through the long Eaton branch. From the first moment when Neil came round for the appraisal we were highly impressed. All of the Robert Ellis employees are very professional and knowledgeable. We sold our house very quickly, we have to small children, and were worried about viewings but Robert Ellis did this for us, that made life so much easier. From receiving the offer we dealt with Holly, she made the process go very smoothly, liased with all parties and kept us up to date through the whole process, we really can’t thank her enough she was fantastic and worked extremely hard! Overall, we bought this house through Robert Ellis and it was an easy decision to sell through them, we can’t recommend them highly enough and are very great full for all there help.
