“What a great company to go with! These guys are incredibly supportive, they listen to your needs and always try to make you happy and comfortable in your home. Abbie has been the best estate agent i have ever met as not only she is professional but she will make you feel at ease, with her compassionate understanding and her quick response. 100% satisfied!”

“We have dealt with Robert Ellis rentals for a number of years now and have always been highly satisfied with the service. The staff are always friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable about the rental market in Beeston and surrounding area. We have recently dealt with Abbie on a regular basis and have found her very efficient and reliable. It is nice to have a friendly person to contact when we have a query and she never disappoints.”

“David at the Long Eaton branch has recently overseen the preparation of the renting out of 1 Ribblesdale Road. In dealing with him I have found every aspect of the procedure well managed, swift and extremely professional. I am very happy with the set up and confident that the process will result in a stress free and effective rental. I have a family and a very demanding job and as such would not hesitate to recommend anyone to use your services. “We have had an excellent experience in selling our house through the Beeston branch. Melanie in particular kept us fully informed and smoothed a few ruffled feathers along the way. Selling your home is a very stressful thing and her calm approach helped us through. All the staff we dealt with - Paul M, Phil, Helen and Marie - were helpful and pleasant. We are in the process of purchasing through the Beeston branch and are very happy that Melanie is steering our ship!”

“I've just bought a property through Robert Ellis, Stapleford branch, and am glad I did. From the first viewing to the end of the transaction (with a hic-cup or two) everything was dealt with in a friendly yet very professional way. Nothing was too much trouble for Beth who went the extra mile. Everyone in the office makes you feel welcome. They are very friendly and the atmosphere is very homely. Robert Ellis also recommended a local firm of solicitors for the conveyancing who also did an excellent job.”

“Moved into our new house over the new year and while it can be a stressful time to move; stapleford Robert Ellis got us through everything so quickly and efficiently. Charlie helped us find our home and went above and beyond to recommend houses he thought we would love. He was attentive and responsive to us from start to finish. The staff at the branch were all so friendly and we were lucky enough to be looked after by Sheree too. They are a credit to the company and have made our first time renting a home an amazing experience.”
