“Robert Ellis (Stapleford - and especially Beth McGill) were superb from the initial valuation through to the day of sale. Without them, I would not have moved so quickly and efficiently. Involved in a chain with other Estate Agents who were; how can I say.......not as thorough to purely inept (no names here but needless to say, if you sell your house then always use Robert Ellis). Beth provided great service, always listened, always cared for you and not treated as a number, always had time for me and always delivered. She did more than her fair share in ensuring other solicitors, agents were acting as efficiently as her. I'm looking forward to not using Robert Ellis for the foreseeable future and having many happy years in my new home; that said I would recommend them to anyone thinking about selling. Thanks again, Stapleford team”

“Selling a property can be a very difficult process and selling what was my parents home for over 50 years was very emotional too . The staff at the Long Eaton branch have all be so understanding and helpful . A special mention is needed for Dawn Stokes , this lady has gone above and beyond just selling the property . She has supported and listened throughout the whole process , nothing has been to much trouble from daily updates to remaining calm when we lost the original buyer and the reassurance that we would find the right buyer and that every thing would be ok and made what was a very emotional time so much easier . I certainly would have no hesitation in recommending Robert Ellis”

“Dawn Stokes in particular from Long Eaton branch helped me through a very difficult period where the Sale of the house fell through on a couple of occasions. I think partly because of her calm positive attitude and great communicational skills this helped me not to give up hope! And we got there eventually 😀”

“I am so pleased I decided to sell my property with Robert Ellis. This is the first property I've sold so was unsure of the process, but Robert Ellis made it as smooth as they possibly could. From first meeting Mark at the valuation, I was impressed by his knowledge of the local property market and he seemed such a lovely genuine man. When my property went on the market everything happened very swiftly and efficiently - the for sale board was up about 30 minutes after signing my contract! I have dealt mainly with Louise during the sale and she has been amazing, keeping me informed every step of the way. She has been such a pleasure to speak to on the phone and kept me sane during quite a protracted sale. She is highly professional and excellent at her job - I will always remember the back and forth phone calls during the negotiation of the sale price - she was amazing and got me the price I wanted - thank you Louise! I also need to mention Dawn who I also dealt with during the sale - such a lovely lady and also excellent at her job - thank you Dawn! I would not hesitate to use Robert Ellis if I ever need to sell another property........however I hope never to have to do it again!! I would love to buy through Robert Ellis Long Eaton as they are so brilliant to deal with, however my main search area is out of their remit.”

“This is the second property that Robert Ellis have sold for me - I didn’t hesitate to contact them for a valuation again. An offer was soon made and apart from a few problems with the buyer which Debbie Marlow soon sorted out I’m pleased to say that it was all completed today. Debbie has been very patient when things got slightly fraught and continually rang me to keep me informed. It was a pleasure to have her working for me. If the need arose I would be happy to use Robert Ellis again.”
