“Generally we had a great experience with Robert Ellis! We have now bought and sold through them. Buying was brilliant! Selling was also good but frustrating at times as we found out information too late or after we had already recieved it from solicitors or other estate agents. The team are helpful whenever you have a request and get back to you the same day! Thankyou to the team for all of their help. 😊”

“I cannot recommend caroline Dunn from long Eaton branch enough. She was so helpful in all aspects of the move and went above and beyond to help me with all sorts of things that she really didn’t need to do ! She was always in touch keeping me informed of the process and that really did help ease the stress. She was a pleasure to deal with and I really can not recommend caroline enough. Thanks caroline 😃”

“Wendy and her team at Stapleford could not do enough for us. Brilliant. We were so impressed we switched over another property we had that was being managed by another agent to Robert Ellis Stapleford. Tenants were vetted thoroughly and we were kept informed at all times. Wendy even forwarded our mail and checked the vacant property in her own time. Cannot recommend them enough, wouldn't use anyone else! Fabulous..”

“The process of buying our house was longer than expected, however Melanie helped us out massively throughout the entire purchase. She was always easy to contact and provided advice which was relevant and useful, as well as keeping the whole thing moving at a steady pace. We don't intend on moving again, however if we did we would definitely go with Robert Ellis. Many thanks!”
