“Robert Ellis had generated interest for the property that I was selling even before it officially went live on the usual websites. I had multiple viewings on the first day and an offer for the full asking price within 24 hours. They certainly seem to have their finger on the pulse of who's in the market for what kind of property and no shortage of interested parties on their books. Helen kept me informed of everything that was going on and was the lubricant that got things going when the solicitors weren't talking to each other.”

“I have recently bought 2 properties where Robert Ellis were acting as agents for the Vendors and the service both our vendors and ourselves have received from Robert Ellis has been absolutely superb . Over the years we have bought several properties and from previous experience buying or selling a house is seldom straight forward and as a bit of a customer service evangelist myself let's say that I have been less than impressed by previous estate agents. How very refreshing and what a pleasure it was then to deal with Nathan Henshaw and Debbie Marlow at Robert Ellis.. Nathan ,Debbie and the rest of the team were all and always extremly friendly, helpful, professional and absolutely on the ball !. If you are buying or selling I can unreservedly highly recommend that you speak to Robert Ellis.”

“Reported my boiler was not working to Jordan Duke at Robert Ellis and the plumber came out the following day to try and repair it unfortunately it required a part that the plumber had to order but was back up and running in three days”

“The service from the Stapleford branch was fantastic from start to finish. The valuation from Nathan was accurate and what I expected whilst the photos and write up went a good way towards getting a lot of early interest and I ultimately sold a day after going on the market. From there we had a long wait due to the chain we were in but Rebekah in the office was brilliant. Always available to talk to and very quick in responding to any queries you have which is very reassuring. Thank you once again for everything you have done. Highly recommended.”
