“Had issues with my boiler and rang up the Beeston office in Nottingham. Jordan Duke saw it to the end that the boiler was fixed and up running by a plumber. Thanks for your promptness Jordan/Robert Ellis.”

“Reported my boiler was not working to Jordan Duke at Robert Ellis and the plumber came out the following day to try and repair it unfortunately it required a part that the plumber had to order but was back up and running in three days”

“The service from the Stapleford branch was fantastic from start to finish. The valuation from Nathan was accurate and what I expected whilst the photos and write up went a good way towards getting a lot of early interest and I ultimately sold a day after going on the market. From there we had a long wait due to the chain we were in but Rebekah in the office was brilliant. Always available to talk to and very quick in responding to any queries you have which is very reassuring. Thank you once again for everything you have done. Highly recommended.”

“Overall I’ve had a great experience with Robert Ellis. I’ve used them (to rent) for one year. Dealt with Clair Jones from the Long Eaton Branch. I rarely caused much problems but Clair was on hand 100% of the time. It’s rare you see this kind of service from people these days. Absolute credit to the company she works for, always smiling and happy to help. Thank you guys!! Make sure you give Clair a nice bonus Liam Cox”
