“The actual engineer is great - very friendly and quick at his job. Robert Ellis are not so quick - it took me 4 phonecalls until someone actually booked the job for the engineer to come out, and we have had similar issues in the past with delays on urgent housing problems.”

“I rang Robert Ellis' office to report a problem. Was put straight through to Jordan Duke who took all the details of the job and said I'd receive a call from a tradesman who would arrange with me a convenient time to call and sort the repair. The next day I received a call from Martin who then came out a couple of of days later. He was a really nice guy who did a professional job. It wasn't an urgent repair but it was still acted on quickly. Very pleased.”

“Jordan Duke! Amazing service. I reported a boiler issue recently and this was fixed within hours. His emails were prompt, professional and reassuring. It felt like he personally was taking care of the situation. Having a named person and face is very reassuring. Brilliant service. He also pushed for some tweaks to the property to make my house even better. I am one very happy tenant!!!”

“Purchased a property through the Long Eaton branch and, though the process itself wasn't completely smooth sailing, we had the pleasure of dealing with Holly who went above and beyond throughout. Any enquiries we made were dealt with immediately and effectively by Holly. Same day replies to emails. Very flexible on timings and dates when visiting the property. We did have a wobble part way through the process which I'd have to put down as a miscommunication between the Seller and Robert Ellis. This is the only reason I haven't rated the review 5/5. However, this was in no way related to Holly and therefore overall I have to say I'm impressed and pleased with the customer service.”

“The Robert Ellis Team based in Beeston were friendly , helpful , informative and efficient in selling our late mother`s house . The property was well advertised and lots of interest was generated , resulting in a pleasing sale . When a few problems arose during the negotiations Marie handled everything with great diplomacy and patience , keeping us all up to date at all times . I would wholeheartedly recommend them for the professional way in which they sell houses . Many thanks to everyone for a Five Star service !”

“We recently moved to Nottingham after being relocated from Essex for a new job. All the way through the purchasing process Robert Ellis were superb and easy to deal with. Moving house is stressful as we all know and not easy when you don’t live in the same city, however having a responsive, proactive estate agent who you could pick up the phone too helps. We recommend using Robert Ellis for sure.”

“Robert Ellis had generated interest for the property that I was selling even before it officially went live on the usual websites. I had multiple viewings on the first day and an offer for the full asking price within 24 hours. They certainly seem to have their finger on the pulse of who's in the market for what kind of property and no shortage of interested parties on their books. Helen kept me informed of everything that was going on and was the lubricant that got things going when the solicitors weren't talking to each other.”

“I have recently bought 2 properties where Robert Ellis were acting as agents for the Vendors and the service both our vendors and ourselves have received from Robert Ellis has been absolutely superb . Over the years we have bought several properties and from previous experience buying or selling a house is seldom straight forward and as a bit of a customer service evangelist myself let's say that I have been less than impressed by previous estate agents. How very refreshing and what a pleasure it was then to deal with Nathan Henshaw and Debbie Marlow at Robert Ellis.. Nathan ,Debbie and the rest of the team were all and always extremly friendly, helpful, professional and absolutely on the ball !. If you are buying or selling I can unreservedly highly recommend that you speak to Robert Ellis.”
