“With the house only selling within 4 working days one may be tempted to question the value Robert Ellis added to earn the fee. I am delighted to say that every penny was well earned. From the initial valuation, bespoking of ad design to my taste / requests, regular communication throughout - all spot on. Stand out points Didnt matter who I spoke to everyone knew the status of my property live and up to date (must have a great CRM and handover policy) Flex points and common sense applied throughout Always contactable Single point of contact who took the time to come and view the propertly even though she didnt have to. Human approach (real people dealing with real people) Big shout out to Holly Torr - switched on cookie. stay proactive HT Dan”

“Robert Ellis Stapleford have just helped me complete on a house sale, and I am delighted with their service. Firstly, Nathan came out and gave me a valuation on the property, he was very polite and made me feel at ease straight away. He explained the process, fees and how the viewings would work in a very clear manner, so that I was in no doubt to what fee I would pay and what the service covered. The property was then promptly on the market within a couple of days. After accepting an offer of the asking price within the first week of marketing (with lots of viewings already lined up), I was then handed to Beth who would look after the sale process for me. Again, everything was explained clearly by her, whether it was via phone or email. Beth was great to deal with and has a very pleasant telephone manner. She kept me up to date on a regular basis, even when then wasn't much to report due to solicitors taking their time, she let me know that she had been chasing them for updates and to try and speed the process up if possible. Overall, I have to say this has been the easiest property transaction I have had and the staff at Robert Ellis have been excellent. I would highly recommend them!”
