“They were great with the entire process from booking a viewing of a property right down to me getting the keys to it! They made it simple and easy for myself, a first time buyer, and gave me all the support I needed. All the staff were always polite and helpful with great smiles on their faces. “Robert Ellis pulled out all the stops to help us in our hour of need. We had previously been let down by another letting agent and lardlord, our move date had been pushed back then pushed back again. It was unacceptable and incredibly stressful. Luckily they returned our fees, deposit and first month for the inconvenience. I arranged a viewing with Robert Ellis that day and we applied for the property after viewing. Robert Ellis helped us greatly by processing our applications quickly, turning everything around within a week so we could keep our original moving date. They offered us an exceptional service and were friendly, lovely, patient & considerate throughout (even when I was calling daily for updates). Best letting agent I’ve dealt with in my many years as a tenant.”

“Currently selling my property through Robert Ellis and I'm now trying to arrange a rental so thought I'd try this agent with sorting that out too. I have found my dealings with Robert Ellis far more professional than other agents I have encountered. Joe from the Beeston branch has been showing us around a few properties and has been very polite and professional. Would highly recommend them!”

“Robert Ellis provided a professional service at all times. Debbie was very supportive and extremely helpful throughout the whole purchase process. When I was becoming frustrated with parts of the deal, she immediately found out exactly what was happening, and then did whatever she could to get things moving along. I was very grateful to have her as a support. Natalie was also very patient with my viewing when I wanted to measure up before completion.”

“One of the best agencies I had pleasure to deal with. Staff is nice, polite and wary helpful. Always do their best to help out their tenants or soon to be tenants :) Also they don't rip off ridiculous amounts of money for their fees. I would recommend to everyone who seeks hassle free renting experience.”

“After a very disappointing time with other venders, I made the switch to Robert Ellis which I can say was the best decision I have ever made. Debbie Marlow was my main contact at the Stapleford branch - she was a absolute dream to work with throughout the sale, an absolute gem. “Our sale was a bit more specialised than a basic house sale and I have to say that the team did a fantastic job. Viewings times were texted, appointments followed up and feedback obtained. The service received from Marie was second to none. Our family have used Robert Ellis on 5 sales and purchases in the last 12 months and quite frankly, we wouldn't go anywhere else ! Well done to all concerned and keep up the good work”
