“Recently sold my property through Robert Ellis, Long Eaton and I would highly recommend! From valuation to completion the experience was seamless. The marketing was brilliant and I had a whole weeks’ worth of viewings lined up for the property only hours after the details had been released to the wider public! The property was sold within 2 days and from start to finish the whole process was complete in 10 weeks! Throughout the selling process communication was exceptional. A HUGE thank you to everyone on the team, but special thanks have to go to Caroline who kept me constantly up to date and went above and beyond to ensure things happened as quickly as possible, not only was she professional, knowledgeable and efficient, she was also very caring and understanding, a very personal service!”

“very impressed with staff at Robert Ellis, especially Marie at the Beeston branch. Very professional through the whole process and all the staff kept the lines of communication flowing which i think is vital when selling. I was given regular updates on viewings and feedback on the positive and negative, which I think people need to hear even if some of it is completely unfounded. I was not also able to be present when people viewed so staff often accompanied the viewings, which was very helpful for me. Overall a good process and can throughly recommend them as an agent.”

“At Robert Ellis They stand up for the client and represent the client which I have never seen before in this industry. We purchased a home from them and they were efficient, warm and honest. They had integrity for there client which I liked, we were the buyer. They are very helpful and we will always recommend them and will use them in the future. “Debbie Marlow has been so helpful and reassuring during the sale of our house. We were in a very difficult chain of 8 properties where nothing has ran smoothly from the start (due to other people in the chain), but Debbie was always there when I needed to ask questions and needed reassurance. I’m sure I must have driven her crazy with all my phone calls, however she always remained polite and did everything she could to help. THANK YOU!”
