“I was buying a house from someone who was using Robert Ellis to then buy their new house. Beth McGill at Stapleford was absolutely fantastic. Although I was not her client directly she made the whole process work by chasing everyone along the chain and also offering great advice to me and removing any stress I had due to other parts of the chain not working well, without her I would have pulled out of my sale and purchase. She went well beyond the call of duty, it has made me realise when I sell next time I will be using her and putting my house on the market with Robert Ellis. I hope her bosses know how good she is for the company.”

“Robert Ellis (Stapleford - and especially Beth McGill) were superb from the initial valuation through to the day of sale. Without them, I would not have moved so quickly and efficiently. Involved in a chain with other Estate Agents who were; how can I say.......not as thorough to purely inept (no names here but needless to say, if you sell your house then always use Robert Ellis). Beth provided great service, always listened, always cared for you and not treated as a number, always had time for me and always delivered. She did more than her fair share in ensuring other solicitors, agents were acting as efficiently as her. I'm looking forward to not using Robert Ellis for the foreseeable future and having many happy years in my new home; that said I would recommend them to anyone thinking about selling.
