“I cannot thank Rebekah at the Stapleford office enough, we put our offer in, in march for our first home and we have just completed today. We thought the months would be hard due to the time wait and how lenders having a home built however, Rebekah was there every step of the way, she went above and beyond for us. Sending the emails, chaser phone calls and always provided me with an update straight away as soon as she had one. She never failed to answer my questions either and quick turn around times. She's been truly amazing with us. We cannot thank her enough, I've made a friend out of purchasing our first home. A special thanks to Tom and Nathan also, they've also been fantastic :) Stapleford Robert Ellis are the go to guys!!!!!! Highly recommended them all and The Mortgage Company. Due to the exceptional service we received both sets of parents have spoken Nathan and Rebekah about selling their homes. Stapleford Robert Ellis are best.”

“The service was professional and yet very personal. Everyone did what they said they would when they had said it. In particular, Helen Roberts, was amazingly patient and supportive to us. When I sold in London, the agents were only interested in the buyers and how much they could get out of them. Robert Ellis was the perfect match with both the buyers and the sellers in our case. I cannot praise them highly enough.”

“Can't recommend Robert Ellis's Stapleford branch enough! I had previously had bad experience with another estate agents and because of this my expectations were low. They were in constant communication even answering any little worries I had. They went above and beyond and I would always use for buying or selling in the future.”
