“Buying and selling with Robert Ellis is like dealing with your best friend! Nathan and Beth (stapleford) in particular are always ready to answer my questions (no matter how bizarre they may be!) And always keep me calm during the hiccups along the way. Highly recommended”

“Professional and courteous agents at viewings (Joe and Will), excellent email communication from Lauren Dann (helpful, very prompt and yet patient and kind in her wording). Over all very helpful staff, (even willing to rearrange a viewing on the day due to travel delays). Definitely be in contact for any future letting or purchasing needs.”

“Professional and courteous at all times. Rebekah in the Stapleford Office was constantly on the case chasing other parties in the chain. She made a protracted and difficult sale much easier to cope with. We would certainly use them again if we had to make another house sale.”

“My tenants had a problem with their oven. Jordan Duke arranged for it to be repaired as soon as possible at a time to suit the tenants. I am very happy. I told Jordan that I was prepared to replace the oven if necessary, but it was not. My tenants and I are both happy. Win/win!”

“Could not have been better: flexible in doing all they could to ensure we had viewings when we only had Saturday availability. On tour, Joe was very personable, friendly and informative. Abbie was SO effective in sorting everything out for us - efficient, pleasant and encouraging - just what you need when daring to relocate.”

“Robert Ellis is a good agent that look after their tenants, my heating was having problem but within hour engineer came and fixed it . They ensure my house is warm and safe for me to live there. Excellent.”
