The agent was very helpful finding us the holiday we asked for. He phoned us several times with up dated info. and made individual arrangements for us.

My name misspelt on letter forwarding Incorrect invoices which were not logical. Unclear that no fee on credit card for deposit was already included within the discount. Still shown as separate item on amended invoice. Told I may wish to book extra excursions and then told there were none on this cruise. Passport detail needed to be corrected when I checked on Emerald website booking detail. Transfer to airport from Nuremberg not confirmed on Emerald booking website. When queried was told that this was "normal" and will be done later. I hope so. Not enough attention to detail and the individual customer.

The Representative I spoke to was very knowledgeable about River Cruises and had been on some. Since I haven't ever been, I found her experience very helpful. She helped me find the cruise I was looking for, with the operator who offered the best terms, conditions and value for money, which is what a proper Travel Consultant is supposed to do, but not many bother to do, these days. I would use River Voyages again, if I go on another river Cruise, next year.

Nothing was too much trouble and we were given several choices of River Cruise to choose from. Even when we changed our minds on destination and budget they found us the perfect cruise in the end. Can't wait to go.

checked out lots of companies on line but not too many offers found river voyages seemed quite a few offers .so decided to phone them .prefer to speak to a person I got dom who was really nice didn't get a good offer at first but did get one after talking to him so was happy with the price the service has been excellent and are keeping me informed all the way. well done

Our concierge, Emma, could not have been more helpful with her unbiased and constructive advice. We will seriously consider contacting her with regard to any river cruises that we might consider in the future.

Picked up the company off a Google search. The lady I spoke to, Sandy was very helpful and said she would get back to me in 2 hours, which she did. She was able to offer me a brilliant trip at a much reduced price. She talked through everything and couldn't have been more helpful

Intially the service was very good and most helpful. Due to my error with the date of a future appointment I enquired if the departure date could be rearranged. I did not receive any reply. This has lead me to believe that the customer service is good until one has bookrd the holiday - after that don't expect any.

I booked a trip on Avalon (Ref. ES122-81042) via yourselves. During this booking I was given NO indication of the fact that the ship had various types of cabin. This was the first time I have been involved with river cruising and I relied entirely on phone information from your agent, though I did look up some details on the internet from which I learnt that cabins had wall to wall windows. When I boarded the ship in Amsterdam on 21/12 I realised my cabin only head high level windows, for the only view possible I had to stand up - my expectation of being able to take some rest whilst sitting on the bed and enjoying the passing views was impossible. When I talked with the tour manager about this he was sympathetic but declined responsibility as I had booked via an agent and not direct. I did complain in writing to Avalon but received a similar response from their Emma Thompson (Customer Services). This all leaves m very disillusioned - I really hoped to have found a new way of travel which suited my needs, and which was suited to my age and abilities. I still believe I have the right of some compensation from either yourselves and/or Avalon; in it's absence I shall look to other River Cruise companies. The Future Cruise voucher, which appears to be a standard issue to all passengers, will thus be of no use to me. Yours sincerely - Don Leeser, Las Lolas D1, 29660 Nueva Andalusia, Spain

As per our recent correspondence the D grade cabin was the only cabin available to yourself at the time of booking. You had checked Avalon's website prior to booking & agreed to the category of cabin.Therefore I believe that we haven't miss sold your River Cruise Holiday. Customer Relations Manager

I can hardly believe that I have found such an amazing company as River Voyages. My enquiry was so kindly and efficiently dealt with that in this time and age it stands out from all the rest. Nothing was spared in tracking down exactly what I wanted and a really excellent deal has been arrived at. Thank you so much.
