“The cabins were good, the food was good, the staff were very considerate and overall the ship was run in an exemplary manner. On the disappointing side the wine was disappointing and the number of ill-mannered Americans was even more disappointing.”

“Everything went well. Despite the low levels of waters on the Danube, the cruise went ahead, but with a changed itenery. RiverVoyages kept us informed of the new schedule and options to cancel with a full refund, or book another time, or carry on with the cruise with a partial refund. The cruise was excellent on the TUI Skyla. A week before we went it had a bad report on the BBC news website. I could not fault the cruise, the ship, the food/drinks and all of the staff.. Thank you all at RiverVoyages for managing our booking.”

“Well it would have been a lot better if we could have completed the journey, instead we had to disembark after 4 nights at Koblenz, due to the low levels of river level (Rhine). Shame really as it was all going so well on this fabulous new Viking Ship (Annar). Lovely new clean stateroom, fabulous food - it was simply a pleasure to be on this boat. The Hotel and Bus replacement were not what we had in mind, and whilst they were a just about acceptable alternative, they were NOT what we signed up for !”

“Booking was made easily but follow up documentation was lacking. We were told that we should have earmarked the first 3 days excursions before embarking but had no indication from you. Usually info communications from you arrived after those from Scenic.”

“I have today booked a Cruise with Rebecca Rimmer, who was very professional, very patient and very helpful. I now book all my River and Ocean cruises with Rebecca. Today's booking was somewhat complicated, but Rebecca sorted out everything to my complete satisfaction. Rebecca is a credit to Six Star cruises and will have no hesitation in recommending her services to others I meet - Alan White”
