“Well it would have been a lot better if we could have completed the journey, instead we had to disembark after 4 nights at Koblenz, due to the low levels of river level (Rhine). Shame really as it was all going so well on this fabulous new Viking Ship (Annar). Lovely new clean stateroom, fabulous food - it was simply a pleasure to be on this boat. The Hotel and Bus replacement were not what we had in mind, and whilst they were a just about acceptable alternative, they were NOT what we signed up for !”

“Booking was made easily but follow up documentation was lacking. We were told that we should have earmarked the first 3 days excursions before embarking but had no indication from you. Usually info communications from you arrived after those from Scenic.”

“I have today booked a Cruise with Rebecca Rimmer, who was very professional, very patient and very helpful. I now book all my River and Ocean cruises with Rebecca. Today's booking was somewhat complicated, but Rebecca sorted out everything to my complete satisfaction. Rebecca is a credit to Six Star cruises and will have no hesitation in recommending her services to others I meet - Alan White”

“Excellent service from Emma at River Voyages who found us a wonderful river cruise, at a brilliant price, and I could take my wheelchair for the shore excursions. Cruise excellent for food, excursions, service on board, beautiful ship, wonderful places, interesting local guides. Top marks!”
