Excellent job by Kevin who fitted my replacement electric shower today. My initial call was answered promptly and the prices fully explained. As promised, the engineering section, for which I was given a number, called to give me a time and a name for the appointment. I was concerned by some negative reviews and there was some delay but I was kept informed along the way and Kevin arrive only half an hour after the agreed time slot as an earlier job took longer than expected. I’m very glad I gave the company a chance and very pleased with the service. It is pricier than some others but I’d contacted three plumbers via Check A Trade and not one of them had the courtesy to reply. Tips for other customers - make sure you know where your stopcock is situated and how to turn off electrics to save time!

Plumber Norris not only turned up when he said he was going to(!) but also called when he was on his way. Not the cheapest, but so far I'm happy. Will continue to use their services as long as they are good =)

I called and booked a plumber for Thursday. None turned up and there was no communication to indicate this. I called at 1pm having sat in my house for 4 hours at which point (having stated that friday would be difficult and that i could do thursday afternoonas i had already cleared my day for this) I was told that they would try to get one to come that afternoon and would call me back if they achieved this. No-one called me back and at 2:30pm I called and was told that my noted indicate that I had refused to accept that next availability was Friday, but no comment about anyone try to find someone for thursday. I was then told that thursday afternoon was impossible. I advised them that first thing friday morning was possible but that i had to leave the house at 11am. I was very clear about this and the woman on the phone advised me that they had checked and that a reliable plumber was going to come out first thing around 9am. I therefore rearranged my life so that i was free to be at home 9-11. At 9:40am today no-one had arrived and a lovely man on the phone said he was already chasing this without success so far (this gave me confidence in your company at least) he said he would continue to try and would call me back. He did this at 9:52 and stated that someone would be with me within the next hour i.e. by 10:52…. giving them at least 8 minutes to fix my shower. He was surprised when I said that I 100% had to leave by 11am (a fact I had been very clear about from the start). I asked whether, if he turned up with 8 minutes to fix the problem and therefore he was unable to do this in the time allotted, I would have to pay £84 for the “hour.” The answer was yes as the job would be started. You therefore left me with no option but to cancel the job and my long term policy. I cannot state how unhappy I have been with the service (or lack thereof) you have provided me. Please take this feedback to try to improve the service for future customers so you don’t waste their time like you did mine.

The company quoted me different times the phoned me at 7.15 am having told me to expect a call after 9 am, What a relief to have Mohammed the electrician come round at the agreed time and fix the problem so effectively and in such a courteous and enthusiastic way. He also took the time to explain why the problem had occurred and checked the whole system.Thank you Mohammed. Come .w

I called with a Plumbing emergency in the morning at 9am and they got a plumber round to me by 11am the same day. The Plumber who arrived was very professional and he sorted out the problem in 29 minutes. I was so happy. In fact I was so happy I have now signed up to the Rightio Care Club to really give me peace of mind. I give them 10 out of 10!

They were booked but didn’t turn up. I had to phone to find out the problem and was told that due to ‘unforeseen circumstances’ they couldn’t attend. I feel totally let down. I will never use them again. It’s a lame excuse.

They were on time and they did what they said they would do, however just a little disappointed with the builders clean, but everything else was good.

Mohammed was outstanding. He was incredible at fixing a interesting problem. Very friendly and very professional. However as a company we find that Rightio is frightfully expensive and for that reason we may not use them again. Mohammed was brilliant.

Told engineer would be out between 2 and 6 - I explained this was my mums house with no heating or hot water and she is 91 years old. They phoned at 5 to say engineer couldn’t not now make it but they wold come 2 days later 9-12am! Not good enough.

The operator was friendly and explained how I would benefit from a home care package. The boiler engineer was friendly and explained my opinions. After deciding to go ahead with mending the boiler the engineer went and got the part and mended it and was efficient.

We phoned am to say we had a leaking radiator. Were told they were very busy but would call between 3 and 6pm. We phoned as the engineer hadn't arrived between those times and were told someone would be with us by 7pm. We had a phone call around 6.45 to say an engineer would be with us within the next half an hour. Nobody arrived! We had to phone another plumber as we had turned our heating off. We have now phoned your Company three times for different things and twice the engineer hasn't arrived - needless to say we won't be phoning you again.

The engineer was great and managed to fix my boiler really quickly. The call handler said we could have an engineer on the Sunday but once the credit card details were taken I then had a call back to say the engineer would not be available until Monday. I'm hoping that I don't now get charged the Sunday rate...

We do however take credit card details from our customers first, before we place bookings with our engineers to ensure our engineers do not have to worry about payment details. We then provide customers with a call - back when we have ensured our engineer availability. On this particular occasion, you have been charged the Sunday rate for which I do apologise.
