“shower unit decided to burst its pipes late afternoon, was unable to turn off the stopcock so called ritio to send out engineer. Was here within a couple of hours. He was unable to turn stopcock off so had to go to the mains. He was now able to drain the water and cap shower feed. Returned next day with new shower and stopcock and fixed everything in a couple of hours. Excellent efficiency. Cleaned up quickly. Brilliant service. Thank you.”

“Wow!!!!!! What a fantastic company!!!! The plumber was amazing!!!!! So knowledgeable and above-all competent. Extremely friendly and talked-through everything he was doing, so that I was aware of exactly what he was trying to do. Such a relief to find someone who actually knows what they're talking about. Definitely a company who can not only "TALK THE TALK" but can also "WALK THE WALK". Thank you so much. You cannot begin to understand what this means to me. Will definitely be recommending Rightio!!!”

“I phoned the company on Friday as I had no hot water. They came the following day. Arrived within the time frame; pleasant & helpful. He explained what was wrong & how he was going to fix it. Left no mess, explained the payment procedure clearly.. I would recommend this company.”

“Most impressed with your Service standards. The Engineer arrived very quickly to repair a boiler.Given that My elderly Mother had no heating or hot water I was most appreciative of how we were dealt with,from the Admin Staff to the Engineer 'Exemplory' throughout. “Fantastic service. Called them in a plumbing nightmare, Arrived within 2 hours There engineer was very patient with me as I had steam coming out of my ears with my problem. Got straight to work explained how he was going to fix things. Very professional and polite All sorted, very fair price I would highly recommend this company Life saver.
