“From phoning to having the job complete and the boiler working again took only two hours, on a Saturday morning in the middle of winter. Great service. The engineer was really friendly and worked efficiently to solve the problem. He explained fully what had gone wrong with the boiler and what we can do in future if we have a similar issue.”

“Efficient from 1st contact by phone, understood what I had a problem with and straight away identified where they could help me. Unable to assist with oil central heating and micro pipes but the toilet Leak was identified and a visit booked for early next morning and resolved. Polite and understanding plumber. Would recommend without hesitation.”

“Excellent service. Plumbing Engineer arranged for same day of call and kept informed of when Plumbing Engineer should arrive. Plumbing Engineer was brilliant, had the expertise and equipment to resolve the issue and did so quickly and effectively. He also provided advice on how to prevent the issue in the future.”
