“Rightio provided an excellent service. Provided Plumbing Engineer within same day of call and kept informed of when should arrive. Plumbing Engineer was brilliant, had the expertise and equipment to resolve the issue and did so quickly and effectively. Also advised on how to prevent the issue in the future.”

“Had a leaking pipe meaning no heating. From initial call to engineer arrival was only around 1.5 hours. Everything sorted quickly and the mess cleaned up.”

“Excellent service from engineer Jamie Armstrong. He explained everything that needed doing clearly and the options available to me and carried out the work efficiently. Rightio are not the cheapest but would recommend for their speed of appointment and the professionalism of the engineer.”

“Can't thank them enough my friend has alzheimer's and while I was also there they explained to him what was needed and also the gentleman who I spoke to on then phone was really helpful and organised an engineer to call saying this was urgent as he was also OAP Thank-you again for being so quick”

“I’d like to say a big thank you to Joe the engineer who came to service my boiler today, he found a problem that needed an emergency call out from my gas supplier, he gave me a number and they came out within 2 hours and problem rectified, what a great service from rightio and they will now be my regular service provider….thank you!”
