“Really helpful engineer, kept us informed of his arrival time. Also called again before arriving to give me technical advice to help stem the leak. Job was done efficiently and with a clear explanation of the problem, and tips for drying out the damaged carpet and floorboards. The office was very efficient, reassuring me that it would be attended to ASAP, my disabled wife is in the affected room, her comfort and wellbeing was treated with great consideration. Would not hesitate to recommend this business if I was unfortunate enough to need assistance in the future.”

“Your Electrical Engineer can only be classed to be the first of his class, extremely knowledgeable, prompt in attendance, honest in all communications with me, a real gentleman who far exceeded my expectations , his standard of workmanship cannot be faulted in anyway whatsoever. Michael is a credit & an asset to RIGHTIO whom i can recommend with the utmost confidence to one & all. All his work was left neat & tidy & i didn't have to do any clean-up at all, thanks to Michael. “He was very polite, & explained everything to me… he even worked out that the door had not been locked. He worked to get that all fixed and was still fixed earlier than I thought… Throughout he was polite, with enough friendliness to make me at ease. Finally he broke down the bill & explained my signature would release the money.. Hard to get better or politer workmanship .Rita Finlay”

“The engineer arrived on time was very friendly and polite throughout. He tested all the circuits and sockets in the house to isolate the problem and sorted the issue and explained things as he went along. Could not fault him in any way. His electrical knowledge and customer service skills were exemplary. I have kids in the house and they were very comfortable with him working around them. Top marks for his professionalism and courtesy”

“My ancient Cannon was overdue for a service. Booking the appointment was very straightforward and it was helpful that Rightio could offer me a choice of dates. “I have used this great company before so i had no worries contacting them again to clear a blocked toilet they gave me a time when the engineer was coming but the sewage was coming up through the shower unit a quick phone call and we had a rapid response job done highly delighted would recomend this company to all well done ian jardine”

“After being let down by several plumbers Rightio managed to organise a plumber at short notice to fix a leaking toilet. Jani arrived promptly and did a wonderful job replacing the faulty part and thoroughly tested the system for any residual leaks. He also gave me advice for any potential problems.
