“The engineer turned on time. He was very professional. He got straight to the toilet and in 50 minutes the old toilet was out and the new one in. I've never seen anyone work so quickly and precise and tidy. He left leaving everything tidy. I was so pleased and very impressed. 100% workmanship. Thank you”

“Phoned Rightio, got an hourly quote and in less than an hour the plumber was on his way. Lovely guy who was on it and in less than an hour he fitted a new cistern ball valve in downstairs loo. Would highly recommend and will use them again. Well done Rightio !”

“Ian turned up and within 15 mins he had found the fault. Absolutely marvellous. We just wished we have contacted Rightio first. Great communication from the office, young lady, put us at ease. And Ian was superb. THANK YOU I have now joined the “care program” putting us more at ease.”

“Phoned at lunchtime today and Jamie was here within 2 hours to remove a radiator that was no longer required. What a great job done by a very pleasant young man. Everything completed and cleared away within an hour. I would definitely recommend this company and use again when necessary”

“I called Rightio in the evening after noticing a leak under the bath. As it wasn’t an emergency it was arranged for a plumber to call next morning. Sure enough, just after 9am the plumber, Jamie, arrived and in a very short time he had identified the problem and fixed it. We were very grateful for such fast and friendly service.”
