“I’d like to say a big thank you to Joe the engineer who came to service my boiler today, he found a problem that needed an emergency call out from my gas supplier, he gave me a number and they came out within 2 hours and problem rectified, what a great service from rightio and they will now be my regular service provider….thank you!”

“I made 1 call only, to your office, was informed that someone would attend sometime today & I confirmed my availability. 45 mins. later, I received a call from engineer Conor who said he was on his way. He duly arrived shortly thereafter & rectified my problem in less than half an hour - Superb service. Many Thanks. Regards, David J. Coutts”

“Took on board any observations I had on the ongoing problem, where the symptomatic noises were centred, and then applied his own analysis of those which resulted in a swift, successful outcome. Was happy to take treatment to a more advanced level, in order to ensure the problem did not recur as it had been doing. Left me feeling confident thst I had the best man for the job, in the best company ! Many thanks. E Crimmen”

“Very reliable company. I rung early about 7.30am and he was out to my house in under 2 hours. I think when it comes to water problems its something that needs sorting ASAP. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.”

“Mike was earlier than expected much to our delight. He informed us and asked if it was ok. He was efficient and explained all options. Checked we understood the pricing policy. Work was completed and checked. Very pleasant and easy to talk to. Many thanks to Mike and all concerned.”

“Mike did an excellent job, punctual, reliable, trustworthy and extremely competent, helpful friendly and informative. I would definitely recommend him and rightio, we had a full electrical rewire of house and garage for a reasonable price when other local firms wouldn’t attempt the work because it was an older property .”

“Technician arrived as scheduled. Diagnosed problem with pipes and explained clearly what was required to fix the problem. Carried out the work in a professional manner and checked for leaks and I was able to confirm all was good. The work area was left dry and clean. Technicians manner was professional, efficient and courteous. I would definitely recommend Rightio to family and friends.”

“engineer friendly and helpful arrived on time scale given by Rightio customer service informed all the way from phoneing Rightio to the point of engineer arriveing told how much labour would be and any additional costs for parts if needed so no nasty surprises work area cleaned with his own hoover water tray used when dismanteling boiler so no mess text and emails all the way to job completion other engineer had out to look at it did nothing like rightio engineer did flue checks gas meter checks and other checks so all safe and running smooth and nice and toasty any faults problems however big or small will be ringing rightio you get what you pay for these guys on the money many thanks engineer and customer service Tony Clift in Calverton Notts”

“Bilal did a great job. He quickly diagnosed the problem: in fact he noticed we had two leaking connectors. He got the necessary parts, fitted them and tested to make sure there were no further leakages. We were very pleased by his conscientious and professional approach.”

“James was really professional introduced himself and put me at ease right away. He kept me updated to everything that was happening and worked very hard as the job was not as simple as I was lead to believe and worked well with the other trades people to make it as less stressful for me once again.
