“The engineer was first class. Thank you for the speedy response to my cry for help. I was most impressed by the thoroughness with which the work was carried out and the sunny nature of the engineer who was very uncomplaining about having to ascend and descend the steps to my loft more than once! It is lovely to have heat on demand. Heat on demand again”

“The Rightio engineer was a top man - very responsive, (i.e. visited very quickly as I had reported a leak), diagnosed the fault immediately and fixed the problem efficiently. The work was completed within the one hour, but over two visits, due to needing to order a new part. However, I was still only charged for labour costs of one hour, which was fair and completely in accordance with their original quote. I would definitely use Rightio’s service again, as they have shown themselves to be a trustworthy and efficient operation who got the job done well, with no messing about.”

“Your plumber was bang on time and carried out the required repairs to my shower in a very efficient manner. He was also very polite and kept me updated on each step including having to leave the job twice for visits to the supplier. Very pleased with his efforts and the end result.”

“Thoroughly professional and friendly job from the admin team and the plumber who inspected and serviced our 20+ year old boiler. We were given helpful advice about its condition and what options there were for the future without any glib sales talk. Both of us being in our late seventies appreciated the stress-free service and will definitely use Rightio in the future.”

“"Outstanding service. I made a bad attempt at DIY to repair a very small drip in my bath drain. In doing so I manage to break parts of the drain. Your engineer / plumber today arrived within 1 hour of me calling and fixed within 30 min. Also got to say the lad was spot on! Very pleasant and very happy that I called Rightio!!!!! Thank you"”

“He was very thourough when looking for the problem and explained what needed to be done and then showed us his work. He gave advice on what to do in the future. He was very polite, respectful and relaxed. We were very confident with the work he did and our hot water is now better than it has been for a long time. “shower unit decided to burst its pipes late afternoon, was unable to turn off the stopcock so called ritio to send out engineer. Was here within a couple of hours. He was unable to turn stopcock off so had to go to the mains. He was now able to drain the water and cap shower feed. Returned next day with new shower and stopcock and fixed everything in a couple of hours. Excellent efficiency. Cleaned up quickly. Brilliant service. Thank you.”

“Wow!!!!!! What a fantastic company!!!! The plumber was amazing!!!!! So knowledgeable and above-all competent. Extremely friendly and talked-through everything he was doing, so that I was aware of exactly what he was trying to do. Such a relief to find someone who actually knows what they're talking about. Definitely a company who can not only "TALK THE TALK" but can also "WALK THE WALK". Thank you so much. You cannot begin to understand what this means to me.
