“Very pleased with the conservatory blinds fitted by Jordan who did an amazing job. Jordan was friendly, polite, efficient and left everything super tidy after demonstrating each blind. Great service, competitively priced and good quality. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Reynolds Blinds.”

“We have been using Reynolds blinds in the 2 properties we have owned and 20+ years. Unfortunately, they have not met their previous high standard. There do seem to be some communication problems and maybe staffing issues. Once the blinds had been fitted and altered they are just what we wanted and are now really pleased with them. The one bright light was Joe the fitter. They are really good quality but their service has been so excellent before.”

“Paid a hefty deposit but fitter did not have correct brackets to fit correctly. One blind fell down 24 hours later. Rang to complain but rather couldn't care attitude. Do not use them!”

“Perfect fit venetian blinds keep on breaking. The cord gets too loose so they don't stay up when slid up to open. Then when they get returned to the factory who tighten the cord and return them, the cord eventually breaks because it was too tight. This pattern has repeated itself on all 7 perfect fit blinds ordered, in some cases 3-4 times per blind. To start with, the warranty covered it then Reynolds started charging for repairs each time, but the repairs weren't any better. Put another way, the fundamental design of the product is not fit for purpose.”

“We recently had blinds fitted for our living room bay window and Joe did an excellent job fitting them and sorting out a couple of adjustments that needed to be made to get them just right. We'd previously had 'perfect fit' blinds in our conservatory and were very happy with them so we thought we'd do the same in our living room. Excellent service and friendly staff.”
