“Customer service was rubbish, when asked a. Question was told all materials were over there where the assistant then pointed to. Had the person who measures length of curtains leaving it the professionals to do their job only to find that the black out curtains only just reach the windowsill and that is with dropping the pole. Finally the pole in the 2nd bedroom was cut to short so they had to get another one. They are a joke and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.”

“Overall happy with the 6 blinds I ordered from Reynolds but I have given 4 stars purely for the reason we had to send two of blinds back as one had a hole in the material and the the other had been made to the wrong size even though someone had come out to measure. It was just a bit of a pain making time for more fittings etc That being said, I did want to give Rob and Alex a big shout out who have done an absolutely amazing job fitting our shutters in our living room! We have very wonky windows/walls and they got the shutters to look and fit perfectly. They are an asset to Reynolds, thank you both! Emma and James”

“Second time we have used Reynolds Blinds Kings Norton. Good, prompt service from start to finish with a large selection of materials. Derek fitted the day and night blinds in 2 rooms and roman blinds in another. All rooms look great! Would recommend the company for competitive prices and good quality products.”

“Had 8 venetian and 3 vertical blinds together with an awing fitted over the last 7 months. Product is good ... but most of the blinds had to be refitted due to incorrect measurement and advised after 3 months on order that the awing fabric was o/o/s. Joe the fitter was excellent in getting the issues (not of his making) resolved but Reynolds need to get a grip of basic issues”

“Birmingham Road, Wylde Green, Sutton Coldfield, B72 1AT Branch. 04.03.2022 We would highly recommend this company for their products & 1st class service we received from the start to completion of work. This company is very professional & customer oriented at all times. The installer is called Mitchell, we found him very approachable & his customer service skills are excellent. Once the work was complete he cleaned up after & left it as he found it. We have on hesitation in recommending this company to all that wish to employ their service. “The office kindly helped choose a date that was mutually convenient and Chris, Joe and Lee all worked very hard to install an awning for us taking into consideration our requests. It looks great, all set for Summer 2022! Thankyou.”

“Reynolds Blinds came as a recommendation to me for shutters. From the moment they initially came to measure the shutters, we had a positive experience. We had our shutters installed over two periods this was due to national material shortage (no fault of Reynolds) our fitters for both installs were Rob and Alex. These guys were fabulous and are a credit to your organisation. They are professional, friendly, and do a fantastic installation, nothing was too much trouble for them. Overall, great product, love the shutters and brilliant customer service from the start.”

“When the bedroom shutters where fitted a section of the frame was damaged in the fitting process and was told it will take 3 months to get another section since the day of fitting I have contacted there office with regards a up date which they have not answered they was quick enough to take and final payment but £100 was taken off till the damaged part was replaced.Very poor customer service and I wouldn’t recommend the company at all.Also on the living room shutters the silicone on the bottom has been smudged and very noticeable I have also had to pay out of my own pocket PVC trim to make the corners better in there appearance.These shutters was not cheap either.”

“Customer service was fantastic, rob & alex done a great job, we had plantation blinds fitted. They look brilliant, price was a lot cheaper than expected, they talked us through the whole process of problems encountered & solved, cleaned up after themselves & removed all waste material, were that happy weve had them measure bedroom windows & paid deposit allready,”
