“We are very pleased with the blinds we’ve had fitted by Reynolds - Quick Fit and Venetian. Friendly service by both the person measuring for the blinds and the fitter. Both appointments were kept on time. One query about the blinds was dealt with swiftly and efficiently. Thank you.”

“Efficient service from beginning to end. Helpful lady, Sonia, came out to measure and talk about options. She was patient, making a few visits, as we thought about 4 different blind options. We decided on roller in the end. I visited to shop to look at colour charts and the staff were friendly and helpful. Whoever fitted the previous blinds had done a botch job and when we took the existing blinds down, it was a bit of a mess. Sonia was not satisfied with how it would look once the blinds were fitted so asked one of the fitters for advice. Rob’s solution was to take it down and start again. The store called me to set a date for him to come round. He bought some wood and essentially made the window area perfect and ready for fitting. He explained what he was doing along the way and clearly takes pride in his work. He returned 2 weeks later to fit. Great all round service. Helpful, friendly and efficient and no additional charges for the wood! Thank you”

“Absolutely brilliant service from Reynolds Blinds. A very knowledgeable representative visited us to provide advice for a new garden room office. She gave us many ideas and options and whilst I would have been happy to choose there and then I did take her advice and attended the show room to actually see the products in use. The choice, design and quality was exceptional. We placed our order and within 2 weeks the blinds were fitted this week. Fitter was on time, very knowledgeable again and suggested a small alteration to get the blinds sitting in the frame of the huge sliding doors. They look amazing and I am more than pleased with the blinds, the service and the very competitive pricing. Thank you Reynolds Blinds I thoroughly recommend you to anyone needing any form of window covering.”

“I've used Reynolds Blinds for all my curtains and blinds now - I've kept going back to them because they provide such a good service. There is such a big range and the staff are very friendly and helpful, and being able to get samples made it much easier to choose. The quality is superb - including tracks/poles etc - and everything has always been delivered and installed on time. I would highly recommend them.”

“We have had Reynolds blinds supply many products in our previous property over a period of years, and have always found them easy to deal with. Approx 10 days ago had them fit interior shutters to most of the windows in our current property. Rob and Alex who did the fitting made a superb job and were very helpful and professional. The shutters add a touch of glamour to our home, very pleased.”

“What an absolutely amazing service we’ve had from Reynolds. Both my wife and I are retired but decided to have new blinds fitted in our conservatory. Lee came along and measured said blinds and gave us confidence during that visit that all would go plain sailing with his knowledge and pleasant attitude. Just under 2 weeks later Lee returned to fit our blinds and they were installed to perfection. Despite uneven surfaces in our old conservatory, they were fitted expertly so everything was level. The attention to detail Lee showed was second to none. Watching him install the blinds you felt he could fit them in his sleep, he made it look so effortlessly. I would highly recommend Reynolds Blinds again. Their service was professional and stress free with a fantastic end result.”

“We have used Reynolds Blinds twice before and been very pleased with the kitchen and conservatory blinds. On this occasion, we were told by the person who initially came to measure and quote for bedroom window blinds, that our windows were only just a bit too wide for one width of fabric, which is what we wanted. On her advice, we agreed 3 separate blinds for each window instead. When we tried to order the blinds we were told by the office that this 3 blind per window option was not possible. Rob came to the house and remeasured, confirming that one blind per window was possible which substantially reduced the overall cost. With this sorted, Rob and Alex did an excellent job of fitting the blinds, programming the motors and demonstrating how to use them. They were fast, efficient and tidy. We are extremely pleased with the result and, despite the initial hiccup, we would certainly use them again.”

“Really great service from Reynolds. Explained we had a budget for this and they worked with us to achieve this. Fitting was early as they had the finished goods come back sooner than anticipated and we had them fitted in a day. Derek and Mich came out to do them, left no mess and provided a great finish. Really pleased as first time customers but will certainly be back for future purchases.”

“Outstanding customer service from start to finish. From the friendly and professional staff in the Sutton Coldfield Office such as Stevie, to the measurements and information provided by Adrian, through to the installation of our beautiful shutters by Rob and Alex. We are SO happy with them. Rob and Alex’s craftsmanship and attention to detail is simply incredible. They kept us informed throughout the entire installation process and they left everything clean & tidy. They went above and beyond and are true assets to the company.
