When the bedroom shutters where fitted a section of the frame was damaged in the fitting process and was told it will take 3 months to get another section since the day of fitting I have contacted there office with regards a up date which they have not answered they was quick enough to take and final payment but £100 was taken off till the damaged part was replaced.Very poor customer service and I wouldn’t recommend the company at all.Also on the living room shutters the silicone on the bottom has been smudged and very noticeable I have also had to pay out of my own pocket PVC trim to make the corners better in there appearance.These shutters was not cheap either.
