“Fantastic service from start to completion. We have just had all our windows fitted with either shutters, roller blinds or up/down blinds. The whole job was undertaken in a day by Rob and Alex with a little help later in the day with a roller blind. Rob was even more fussy than me (which is saying something!) he is certainly a perfectionist and was really pleased with the finished job as were we. They were very tidy, respectful of our property and left our rooms spotless. A shout out also to Stevie back at the office, such a friendly helpful person, always responds quickly and friendly. Reynolds Blinds have certainly secured some great staff to represent their company.”

“Absolutely excellent service from start to finish. Rob and alex fitted our shutters and wooden blinds and did a fantastic job. Rob was punctual, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. The shutters and wooden blinds are high quality and fitted perfectly — the finish is superb and they’ve completely transformed our rooms. Rob worked very neatly, explained everything clearly, and left the place spotless afterwards. We’re based in Sutton Coldfield and would highly recommend Rob and the company to anyone looking for shutters or wooden blinds. Couldn’t be happier with the result. Thank you to stevie and the team at wylde green showroom. Not to impressed with Sonia for the home visit.”

“I had wooden Venetian blinds fitted to the windows of my flat. Throughout the process - from the original query, to the quote, to the fitting itself - Reynolds Blinds were excellent, with prompt replies to any queries from their friendly and helpful staff. The blinds look great and I'm very pleased with the whole experience.”

“We had vertical blinds fitted in our conservatory. Thank you to Kelly and the team who were all excellent and so helpful at every stage of the process. With a sloping roof the blinds are still absolutely perfect. Excellent service as usual.”

“Rob and the team that installed the shutters were excellent! They took time to ensure that the installation was just perfect! Nothing was too much. They communicated with us very well, they were very conscious about leaving the place clean and tidied up all the rubbish. The shutters look fantastic! The team are a real credit to Reynolds Blind!! Well done Rob!”

“I had shutters fitted by Reynolds blinds for both bedrooms I am very pleased with the installation and how professional Rob and his assistant were. Rob explained how to clean the shutters. They were both very friendly and I would highly recommend Reynolds blinds . Thank you”

“I had shutters installed by Alex and Mitchell , what a lovely pair of lads, Mitchell left to go to another job but Alex made sure when he finished the installation that I was completely happy with the job, he showed us how to operate the shutters and left the bungalow clean and tidy a great job thank you would highly recommend Reynolds and the two fitters thank you”

“We had our second installation of shutter blinds fitted today by Rob, and just like the previous occasion when he and Alex did our installation, we could not be any happier with the results. From the time of measuring to the actual installation the whole process could not have been any more professional and easier. Rob and Alex were both very friendly, polite and professional and our shutters were fitted to a very high standard. Rob is a perfectionist, and this was evident in how he managed to overcome the slight variations in our window openings, leaving a perfect finish. We are very pleased with how everything has been done and would like to thank Rob and the rest of the Reynolds team for looking after us so well. Highly recommend!”

“We had our shutter blinds fitted today by Warren, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, the whole process—from getting the measurements taken to choosing our shutters—was an absolute breeze. Warren was incredibly friendly and professional throughout. He fitted the shutters to a very high standard, answered all of my questions with patience and knowledge, and was an absolute pleasure to have in our home. The shutters look fantastic, and we’re so pleased with the quality of both the product and the service. Highly recommend!”

“Wonderful service. Kelly who came to measure up gave very helpful advice. Arkadiusz who then fitted the blinds was very professional - he even wiped away his fingers marks. I am absolutely delighted with the whole service - the blinds are just what I wanted, the service was brilliant. I had to change dates due to a bereavement and Reynolds Blinds were very understanding and helpful.”

“Dealt with both Stevie for ordering and Rob for fitting. Absolutely fantastic duo and so pleased with 3 blinds installed….Venetian and Vertical blinds. We never use anyone else as always found this shop in Wylde Green to be the best for service, price and fitting. We have bay windows which are a challenge as not quite even walls but Rob ensured fit was tailored perfectly and so pleased! Highly recommend the company.”

“Wow what a firm. 100% genuine customer review here. Rob and his young lad Alex were tip top. Couldn’t do enough. Alex hoovered every inch of my downstairs when cleaning up. Rob was very knowledgable and took great joy in telling me about all the jobs he’s done over the yares. Stevie in the office was constantly in contact and as I’m deaf he communicated by email through every step. What a brilliant firm. Never known any place like it. Wow! As Tony the Tiger used to say… “They’re Grrreat!””

“I have had plantation shutters with hidden blinds inside (shutter and shade) and they are absolute fantastic. All dealings with Stevie in the office were great, nothing was too much trouble, she was exceptionally helpful during a very stressful time for us (we had lost our house to fire). All dealings with Rob, measuring up and fitting were also amazing, he was great at explaining everything and nothing was too much trouble for him also. We were that happy we actually went back and ordered more blinds for our bathrooms. I would highly recommend Stevie and Rob at Reynold Blinds.”

“I initially approached Reynolds blinds to install blinds for my children’s bedrooms. This job was carried out to such a high standard by Rob and Alex that I called them back to install an additional blind in another room. From start to finish the service offered has been exceptional. The initial consultation through to the installation was swift and efficient making the whole process stress free. Rob and Alex are both lovely engaging guys. Every visit was professional and all service delivered with a smile. I highly recommend Reynolds Blinds and in particular Rob and Alex”

“Just had half of my conservatory blinds replaced due to age and wear, perfect matching, excellent workmanship, two friendly polite staff who fitted the blinds in an exceptionally hot conservatory due to direct sunlight with no complaints, we would be happy to recommend Reynolds for a first class job.”
