Really accommodating, prompt and helpful with receipts for insurers. Good customer care.Lovely well fitted blinds. Would use them again.

We have used Reynolds Blinds twice before and been very pleased with the kitchen and conservatory blinds. On this occasion, we were told by the person who initially came to measure and quote for bedroom window blinds, that our windows were only just a bit too wide for one width of fabric, which is what we wanted. On her advice, we agreed 3 separate blinds for each window instead. When we tried to order the blinds we were told by the office that this 3 blind per window option was not possible. Rob came to the house and remeasured, confirming that one blind per window was possible which substantially reduced the overall cost. With this sorted, Rob and Alex did an excellent job of fitting the blinds, programming the motors and demonstrating how to use them. They were fast, efficient and tidy. We are extremely pleased with the result and, despite the initial hiccup, we would certainly use them again.

Just had ‘perfect fit’ blinds fitted in my conservatory. A very stylish solution, which of course is not cheap, but this is my only criticism. The service was very good and the fitter (Mitchell) was excellent. His attention to detail went that extra mile.

Jordan is a polite and skilled fitter. The brackets for our large wooden Venetian Blind order had been forgotten in the order process. Fortunately, Jordan had spares in his van which saved a very disappointing delay from occurring. The finished result is lovely.

Joe the fitter was great, there were a few issues with the order when it arrived but he sorted it all out and made sure it was done correctly. Thanks Joe!

Overall happy with the 6 blinds I ordered from Reynolds but I have given 4 stars purely for the reason we had to send two of blinds back as one had a hole in the material and the the other had been made to the wrong size even though someone had come out to measure. It was just a bit of a pain making time for more fittings etc That being said, I did want to give Rob and Alex a big shout out who have done an absolutely amazing job fitting our shutters in our living room! We have very wonky windows/walls and they got the shutters to look and fit perfectly. They are an asset to Reynolds, thank you both! Emma and James

Really pleased with the service. The fitter Joe, was very polite and efficient. One blind was faulty so they have assured they will order and fit the blind at no extra cost. Will definitely be using their services for the other rooms in the house. Thank you.

Customer service: good sales with good choice and good advice given, BUT the order took 20 weeks to be delivered (order 24 July; fitting 10 December). Price: fair Delivery: the explanation given for the very long delay was COVID affecting imports... the product came from China (not pleased about that) Fitting: very satisfied indeed ***** Returns & refunds: not applicable

Our roller blind has been good quality and reliable for 18 months since fitting. We wind every day so it's well stress tested. When i needed post warranty advice to dismount it to clean it Dean was very helpful over the phone talking me through the process very clearly.

We have just had our vertical blinds fitted and are extremely pleased with the service from the initial home consultation through to the fitting service. The quality is very good and staff polite and helpful from beginning to end. We have no hesitation in recommending this company and plan to use them again in the near future.

Customer service is excellent as is the fitting. We had a couple of problems with the blinds (alignment) but they were sorted out with no problems at all. Would use Reynolds Blinds again.

We used Reynolds a number of times. Generally very good service, although now we’ve had a number of shutters fitted on different occasions we found some fitters do a better job than others - pot luck I would say. Good value for money and overall we are pleased.

In the interest of fairness I feel it only right that I should update my recent, not so glowing review. Following my review I was contacted by Manager Nick who apologised for the inconvenience I had recently gone through. The background to the issues encountered had not been fully recognised. Following this all efforts were made to rectify the problem; this included a very generous offer to install my blinds in wood rather than the faux wood previously ordered. At all times I was kept informed, and on Monday Rob fitted, as usual doing a great job. Thank you to all involved, and needless to say I will continue to use Reynolds in the future.
