We have been using Reynolds blinds in the 2 properties we have owned and 20+ years. Unfortunately, they have not met their previous high standard. There do seem to be some communication problems and maybe staffing issues. Once the blinds had been fitted and altered they are just what we wanted and are now really pleased with them. The one bright light was Joe the fitter. They are really good quality but their service has been so excellent before.
