“TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE in BANBURY!Yesterday my husband and I went to the shop to complete the order. The lady there told us that the guy who came to take measurements at home didn't leave the measures and went on holiday, despite us telling him we were going there on Saturday. We showed our copy but it was illegible. We were disappointed and the lady with a rude attitude didn't say sorry or proposed to help in another way. We are polite people and we went away after say her thank you for your help . We didn't receive answer, neither you 're welcome neither goodbye. Angry at that point for her rudeness , I decided to go back and I told her that the customer service was bad and I would write a bad review online .Without looking me in the face the whole time I talked to her, the only thing she told me was to GO AWAY. Now I'm nearly 9 months pregnant, after that I felt very bad and my husband called the head office to explain what happened. It was Saturday and we left the message. Now I expect that someone call me for an apology . One thing is certain that the company lost not only 400 pounds but I won't recommend Reynolds Blinds in BANBURY to anyone!”

“From the moment we visited the showroom in Wylde Green we were impressed - not only with the shop layout , but also with the staff member who made us very welcome and was very helpful and informative. We have continued to be impressed at each stage of the process - with the man who came out to advise us on blinds and an awning, the person who helped us choose the covers we required and the men who came to fit the new blinds and awning. Everyone has been polite, courteous and skilled in their individual role. the workmanship was excellent and the end results are even better than we expected. Thank you Reynolds Blinds. We are delighted and will recommend you wherever we can. David & Helen Bennett”

“Had a great service from Reynolds who I contacted after getting an outrageous quote for motorised blinds from a local interior design company. John in their technical department liased with our home automation guys and nailed down a great value solution. Installed today and a very professional service. Great quality/value so would definitely recommend.”

“I wouldn't go anywhere else! Quality products, good value for money and equally importantly to me, an excellent company to do business with. All the staff I have met (but particularly Emma and both Nicks) really know their stuff and are happy to share their knowledge and experience of the vast range of products they do and their flexibility in terms of working with me on options, quotes and delivery is second to none. Even the packaging and labelling is done in a way that means everything arrives on site in perfect condition and you know exactly what goes where! I would absolutely recommend Reynolds - a rare pleasure to buy from.”

“As a school we have been using Reynolds Blinds for a number of years and have always received excellent service. Their office staff are mindful of the need for jobs to be completed outside of the children's working day. The fitting teams are always friendly and professional and leave the site tidy. Their quality of customer service is fantastic and their safety checks reassure us that our site is safe for the children. “Outstanding customer service from start to finish. There were a couple of technical problems along the way, but they were swiftly and pleasantly dealt with at every stage. I have no hesitation in heartily recommending them to anyone considering a blind installation. If only all service providers could be this good!”
