“It was a pleasure to have Reynolds blinds to do business with I bought my blinds same place years ago and when I went to the shop in Wylde Green with a problem they were very happy to help me out. Service and work was excellent so pleased with them I would reccomend them thanks”

“Really wanted to write a positive review, as the actual curtain quality was good and Reynolds are a local firm - but our experience was very poor. We went for the full home-measurement and fitting service, so were surprised and disappointed to end up with twice the amount of material we needed, which they still insisted we had to pay for. Trying to get though to the company to sort it out was incredibly frustrating - must have listened to hours of 'Relax with Reynolds' music whilst feeling anything but relaxed :-( Eventually, they finally used the word sorry - but even then it was a non-apology ("we are sorry to hear you feel this way...") and a small amount off the bill, which was much too little much too late. Not recommended.”

“I have used Reynolds three times for six sets of blinds. From the initial inquiry at the shop to the measurements taken at home, and finally the fitting, found excellent service and good quality product at a reasonable price. I will certainly use them again.”

“The shop assistant was helpful and arranged for us to have samples for colour matching in our room. Gemma came to measure up and was extremely thorough. The blinds arrrived quickly and the person who fixed them was very tidy and thorough also. All in all we received excellent service and they also gave us a good price as we were previous customers. I certainly recommend this local company as they also offer a guarantee to ensure peace of mind if things go wrong in the first year of installing.we are very pleased with this purchase.”

“We used Reynolds a number of times. Generally very good service, although now we’ve had a number of shutters fitted on different occasions we found some fitters do a better job than others - pot luck I would say. Good value for money and overall we are pleased.”

“We knew we eWorld have to wait two months for our shutters to arrive from China where they are made. We were really impressed after my husband had visited the shop to ask when might expect them to fitted. It looks like they will be here tomorrow and our fitter is free late morning, so we will book you in. Such great service from Christine and Warren. Thrilled to bits!! Fit perfectly and look so smart. Thank you.”
