“I love David Austin roses and have bought the for years, cut roses and bushes planted in my garden. I was a little concerned at the freshness of the roses when I received them on Saturday and I have to say that by Tues/Weds the condition of them wasn't really acceptable. It's a shame because they're so lovely but the freshness of the condition of them on delivery could be better.”

“I use the RFC relatively regularly for getting gifts. The flowers and candles are always well received. I do think the flowers are a tad expensive, but they are usually in good condition, and when they are sold as fragrant they really are.”

“Fabulous scent and really pleased. The foliage with a dark hairy stem doesn't seem to hold up very well so I ditched that. Really pleased to be using British flowers.”

“The flowers were fabulous and arrived on my wife's birthday as ordered but not 'til late in the day - 6 pm. Ideally it would have been better to have been able to specify an earlier delivery time which I don't think was an option.”

“A beautiful bouquet of yellow roses and white sweet peas, that my friend said had a really good scent too. Worth the extra for the added pleasure that fragrance gives to the recipient.”

“The flowers arrived on date arranged with a confirmation timeline, via text, on the day. Flowers were fresh and smelt heavenly, my only slight niggle is that the advertised flowers were ranges of blues, purples & whites and the sweet peas received were ranges of pinks.”

“The recipients were in but the delivery man did not ring the doorbell and instead left the box in plain view from the street. Luckily it was not stolen. The flowers were nice.”

“If I need flowers, I always choose The Real Flower Company. Until now, every bouquet has been 5star. Ordered two for Mother’s Day and unfortunately one delivery contained some damaged/wilted flower heads that my mother had to throw away on receiving it. So disappointed but even then the remaining bouquet was still stunning. Difficult circumstances right now so I can forgive them this once.”
