I have always loved the real flower company and order frequently from you mostly for myself but also for friends. In general I’m very happy but the last delivery was not good. The rose petals seemed scorched and I’ve already had to throw two away. I’m not going to choose 5 stars but this is pretty much a one off. I can provide photos. Katherine Bergen Coughlin

Due to circumstances beyond The Real Flower Co's control, my delivery was delayed by 24 hours. The Customer Services team expressed regret at the situation and the Christmas wreath was still pretty, but it looked rather tired and at the price I had hoped for a little more. Next time I will probably opt for the cheap and cheerful option from my local market.

My original flowers were delivered looking a little sad, so I contacted customer services and they couldn’t have been more helpful - a new bunch was sent out straight away and they were beautiful and smelt gorgeous. Thank you.

The flowers included in the hand tied were beautiful. It was securely packaged with no breakage of any stems. However, tho a deluxe Best of British bouquet was ordered guaranteeing 26 roses, disappointingly only 20 roses were included.

The arm protectors are fine, but too much packaging came with the order. If the arm protectors had been wrapped more simply they could have been delivered by Royal Mail and the postage would have been cheaper than dpd

First time using The Real Flower Company and was delighted with the quality of the bouquet. It had an amazing impact on the recipient. The delivery process (third party) was very traumatic, nearly resulting in non delivery and ruined flowers , but was rescued by their customer services team .. something to keep in mind for Saturday deliveries.

Upon checkout, the option for delivery before 6:30pm with APC was chosen, so this is why your order was delivered late afternoon, as it can be delivered at any point in the day up until this time! Product very good, unfortunately not delivered on day requested, so guess not really Real Flower Company’s fault as delivery date was promised by both RFC and delivery company.

We do cost a little extra than some high street brands as all our flowers and roses have been lovingly reared to ensure they have a beautiful strong scent which we pride ourselves on (especially our roses). First box arrived dry and scattered - basically ruined. However a replacement box was immediately sent out and received in great order.

Ordered a ‘small’ bouquet of David Austin roses and sweet peas for my mum’s birthday. Her mobility is very limited these days but she used to be a keen gardener, and she loved the flowers; my dad described the bouquet as ‘lavish’! I saw it myself and it was beautiful, but taking a star off for the price - I really had to think hard if we could afford it. However it was lovely to make mum happy.

Our David Austin bouquets do cost a little extra and can understand why you had to think hard about placing an order. They are a little more pricey, as they cost a little more to create and breed the roses on behalf of David Austin, so we have to include this thought within our bouquets. Bought Sweet Peas. Upon delivery they appeared a little 'limp', however, overnight they really bloomed & their scent was pungent in the room and that was really lovely. Day 4 the odd petal shed but I have a large bouquet and generally they still look good. It's difficult to get good quality cut sweet peas so, comparatively, these are some of the best.

I ordered the reoccurring 3-month delivery of a large bouquet for my wife as a surprise, the flowers arrived on time and looked beautiful, however after 4 days the roses were not looking their best unfortunately and after 6 days they needed to be trashed. Some of the smaller flowers are still OK for the next couple of days by the look of them. Hopefully the next bouquet my wife is due to receive next month will be better and last a bit longer. Considering the cost of these flowers generally, I would expect them to last at least a week. Would I buy from this company again? I will but there is always the nagging doubt about Quality as in the past it's not always guaranteed based on the experience of previous orders.

We do guarantee that our flowers last for at least 5 days, as compared to supermarket flowers that have been bred for longevity, we have kept our scent gene in, so our flowers don't tend to last as long. Definitely my favourite flowers and really helpful staff. My only concern is the reliability of the delivery team . Think need to improve communication when letting know flowers delivered . But love the flowers and designs
