The bouquet was really lovely. The issue we have, as with the previous two occasions we have used you, is the delivery. I paid for a premium service (£15.99) for the flowers to be delivered before 10:30am; the flowers arrived at 13:45pm. I appreciate deliveries can be problematic during this time, but why offer the service if its not guaranteed. I would like to be reimbursed for the delivery costs.
