“Requested delivery for specific date. Courier tried to deliver one day earlier leaving customer to have to postpone delivery. Real Flower Co should ensure that deliveries are made on correct day and not leave customer to sort out when it doesn’t.”

Hello, We're really sorry your order was delivered a day early. At this time, ongoing storms did cause a little havoc with deliveries, meaning some had to be delivered a little early. “I ordered a bouquet to be delivered to a friend to celebrate her moving into her new house. She has moved way out into the countryside - just as the big storm hit - and the most incredible bunch of flowers arrived - in February! Just fantastic - she was thrilled - and so am I. As always, I know you at The Real Flower Company will deliver the goods - come what may.”

“I had a little problem with the delivery which was not their fault. They investigated, apologised, and promptly put it right. According to the wife (now happy), the flowers were brilliant! They are now my favourite flower supplier and if you are reading this review ought to be yours, too.”

“A beautiful bouquet of lovely creamy roses, which smelt delicious. However I could have done with all the small leaves taken off the lower parts of the stems. I had to take the bouquet apart to do this which was a pity. Very pleased apart from this niggle.”

“I am so disappointed. The flowers arrived for valentines 2022 and were clearly not in their first youth. The petal edges were brown on arrival and have deteriorated since (2 days). The aroma was also strong arrival (perhaps artificially so) but is non-existent now. My wife is too polite to say anything, but I know. Never again. Simon”

Dear Simon, I am so sorry to hear of your disappointment in your flowers you received. We specifically grown roses with a natural scent, as the memory of the scent will stay with the recipient long after the roses have died. Many commerical growers have chosen to grow roses with no scent in order to extend their shelf life. “I made a mistake on my original order and was offered a discount if I re-ordered, which I did. Thank you. Much appreciated. I re-ordered through your online chat and confirmed I wanted the flowers delivered on Monday 7th (when my daughter-in-law would be back home) but they were delivered on Sunday 6th. This is the first time a mistake has been made and I order all my flowers from your company.”

Hi Phyllis, I am happy to hear that we could help resolve the problem, but I apologise for the delivery date. Our system says that the delivery date should have been Monday 7th so I am not sure how it was delivered on the 6th. Thank you for letting us know about this!
