My flowers arrived on Saturday morning. The courier left them on the doorstep in sweltering heat. My husband and I were both inside the house and only realised that the flowers had arrived when he went out to go to the shop. The flowers were poor on arrival and after cutting the stems and putting them in water they haven’t improved. I received other roses on 14 July and they still look perfect.
