“Unfortunately, this was the second delivery of flowers by the Real Flower Company - but again they were disappointing, wilting, brown and looked liked they had been sat around for a while - such a shame.”

“Truly awful. Appalling customer service. Flowers were not delivered on the chosen day, so I contacted customer services. They were to look into it and give me a call back. 5 hours later and nothing from them so called back. The entire attitude was it was the couriers fault and nothing to do with them (maybe they should have chosen a better firm them??). For £65 for a small bunch of flowers one would expect a premium service. 3 days later and the dead flowers were delivered. The attitude of the staff through the whole process was frankly embarrassing. Save your money and don’t choose The Real Flower Company.”

“The flowers I bought were for my daughter as a surprise and she called me in tears as they were so beautiful. It’s my sister in law’s birthday on Friday and I’m about to order her a lovely bouquet to be delivered too.”

“The flowers foliage and herbs were stunning. Beautiful autumnal colours and enough for several vases. I can’t stop looking at them and will definitely buy again. Delivery was next day and superb”

“The flowers were a present for a friend who is a top interior designer. She was delighted with them and commented on the colour and scent which she thought was fantastic. Over many years, I have always had very positive comments when ordering from you and for that reason will be very happy to continue using you.”

“The recipient kindly sent a photo of the flowers. They look lovely and apparently are scented as promised. However, I don't think they were special enough to merit the price of £80+ particularly as there wasn't the option to choose the colours.”

“I was DEVASTATED to hear my flowers had been left on a doorstep in central london without checking whether the recipient was there (she was away). I love this company but cannot justify double to price for not even a proper service. It’s a big no from me. Absolutely gutting. And when I called to complain they said nothing could be done about it. Appalling! Never again. Even interflora would be better.”
