“Ordered shell set at London drum show guys were a great help making sure everything was ordered correctly. Once everything was available in store it was promptly dispatched to me. All arrived in good time. Very pleased with what was ordered. Thanks”

“Great service once again by the guys at Rattle and Drum. Purchased a pair of hi hats and a new ride cymbal while they had a great deal on which made the price cheaper than anywhere else. They arrived very quickly. The only con is that my hi hats were covered in fingerprints and buff marks (with them being a brilliant finished cymbal, I’m assuming this is normal? As they’re my first brilliant finish cymbals purchased so I’m not sure how they usually arrive)”

“Great pre owned snare drum sold just as described and priced nearly then same as private sales online of the same drum. They gave me free next day delivery too. Product was well packaged and almost looked new, not bad for a 50 yer ol drum!”

“Eight times out of ten rattle and drum make you feel welcome. I always like to call in and see if anything catches my eye. I have bought drums guitar, accessories, gig bags etc. So overall a good experience. thanks Iain ????”

“Customer service was great on Rattle and Drums end, and would of gave 5 stars had it been delivered on time. Paid an extra £20 to get it delivered the next day. Didn't arrive, contacted Rattle and Drum and whoever I was talking to was very helpful and chased Interlink Express up to find out what was going on. Got back to me immediately saying it will be delivered the next day... a Sunday?! It didn't arrive but it turned up on the Monday morning with red tape around the top with "SATURDAY DELIVERY" written on it haha, cheeky sods! Great guitar though! Fender T-Bucket 400CE”
