“Goods arrived in good time and as described”

“Great pre owned snare drum sold just as described and priced nearly then same as private sales online of the same drum. They gave me free next day delivery too. Product was well packaged and almost looked new, not bad for a 50 yer ol drum!”

“Eight times out of ten rattle and drum make you feel welcome. I always like to call in and see if anything catches my eye. I have bought drums guitar, accessories, gig bags etc. So overall a good experience. thanks Iain ????”

“Customer service was great on Rattle and Drums end, and would of gave 5 stars had it been delivered on time. Paid an extra £20 to get it delivered the next day. Didn't arrive, contacted Rattle and Drum and whoever I was talking to was very helpful and chased Interlink Express up to find out what was going on. Got back to me immediately saying it will be delivered the next day... a Sunday?! It didn't arrive but it turned up on the Monday morning with red tape around the top with "SATURDAY DELIVERY" written on it haha, cheeky sods! Great guitar though! Fender T-Bucket 400CE”

Thanks for your review. Just for your info, PayPal clearance times are something we have absolutely no control over, this is determined by PayPal and your choice of funding source with them. If your funding source is a bank card or you have money in your PayPal account then payment clears instantly, if your funding source is direct debit from your bank account this can be anything from instant to a few days if PayPal classes it as an eCheque. Again, this is entirely in the hands of PayPal and would take the same amount of time regardless of the retailer. Please let me know if I can be of any more help at all. “I had an issue with stock availability on one item, but communication was good and the issue was quickly resolved. The other item was dispatched quickly without any issue. Overall generally good service and I would probably use them again.”

“Best price I could find delivered. Fast dispatch. Just came in retail packaging with address on the front so no protection, not a particularly fragile product but box was damaged which makes you question the product integrity inside...seems ok on 1st inspection.”
