Thanks for your review. Just for your info, PayPal clearance times are something we have absolutely no control over, this is determined by PayPal and your choice of funding source with them. If your funding source is a bank card or you have money in your PayPal account then payment clears instantly, if your funding source is direct debit from your bank account this can be anything from instant to a few days if PayPal classes it as an eCheque. Again, this is entirely in the hands of PayPal and would take the same amount of time regardless of the retailer. Please let me know if I can be of any more help at all. “I had an issue with stock availability on one item, but communication was good and the issue was quickly resolved. The other item was dispatched quickly without any issue. Overall generally good service and I would probably use them again.”

“Best price I could find delivered. Fast dispatch. Just came in retail packaging with address on the front so no protection, not a particularly fragile product but box was damaged which makes you question the product integrity inside...seems ok on 1st inspection.”

“the service was very good but the only thing that wasnt great was it didnt say on the website it was out of stock when i ordered it but they dealt with it very well and asked i would like a refund because of this. the product hasnt come yet but i am sure it will be great as i have bought other tiems from this shop and they have been of a high standard too.”

“Just a small issue with the online 'free delivery over £100' offer, and being charged a small fee for delivery when I bought items over £100?! But a quick call to the boys and all sorted with a price match to boot! Good deal in the end. The icing on the cake would be free delivery on any order over £30 to match rockfactory.co.uk.”

“Ordered an item on line using the user friendly website. Ordering was quick an easy with a order confirmation sent straight out. E-mail stated a tracking code would be sent so i could track my order. This did not happen,but reassuringly they delivered the item in person direct to my front door a few days later.The gentleman was very polite and wearing a company logo shirt. Too close i would highly recommend the company and would definately use again.”
