“Rattle & Drum in Derby deserve real praise. Kevin and Sam went above and beyond to help me with a faulty hi‑hat stand, even though it wasn’t bought from their store. Not only did they get it sorted, they also put a Yamaha backup plan in place should anything else go wrong. Shops like this are vital for musicians. The personal service, the expertise, and the willingness to help simply can’t be matched by online retailers who don’t understand the community they’re selling into. I’ll be using Rattle & Drum for all future drum purchases. Thank you both for your outstanding support.”

“Brilliant service as normal Martin and Kev have fantastic knowledge and advice for all levels of drummers whatever your budget or needs they will guide you through to the best equiptment and advice, rattle and drum have served me well for over 25 years and long may they continue too, the best drum shop in the country you will have to travel a long way to find expertise anywhere close.”

“Wide range of cymbals (and other products) to choose from, friendly and knowlegable staff members, Good prices on used and new cymbals; I shop there because I know i'm getting quality products at a very good price. Also, any advice I need, any questions I have, will be answered by the people who work there. Ever since I began to visit the store, I've never had an "I don't know", or any other vague answer.”
