“Pros: Very efficient delivery. Friendly staff on the phone. Will be happy to use again. Cons: Website a bit basic. Guitar case had transferred some lining glue onto the neck - not serious, just work for me to sort out.”

“Originally sent the package to the billing address instead of the delivery addresss but this error was quickly dealt with. Top marks for packaging. All in all a good service.”

“These guys are always great. A little issue with a faulty product (manufacturer fault) sorted out in about a week. Continue to be my favourite place for Drum equipment online and in-store.”
