“Was looking for a new amplifier for my E-kit and Rattle and Drum did the best price delivered on the market. I ordered the amp and a few days later received a polite personal call from them updating me on the order saying unfortunately it was out of stock and new items arriving shortly. I was kept up to date and as stated amp arrived within a few days with a reputable delivery company. Very happy with the product communication and service would definitely use again 👍”

“Rattle and Drum will more often than not have the item you need in stock unlike other stores. They have a great website making finding what you need easy, and ordering is quick and payment is also easy. They keep in touch throughout, and delivery is very fast. I've bought many bits and pieces from them, including a complete new kit that wasn't available anywhere else in the country. Visiting the store to pick it it was a pleasure... great staff!”

“I am lucky enough to live close to the showroom. Service and support from Martin, Kev and their team is always first class. The only drum shop for me, highly recommended, give them a try if you have not aready done so. I opted for the Evans DB One reduced volume cymbals as opposed to cheaper options, and well pleased. Have the feel of real cymbals and work well with my Gewa G9 Pro electronic kit”

“What can I say best customer service on the face of the planet and I’m not just saying because I’ve known them for a few years. It’s just that what the decline in independent music stores I really think people should shop at stores more often, at least you can try the equipment.”
