“An absolutely dreadful experience which actually ended up feeling rather nasty in the end. My order was acknowledged, but after a couple of weeks I tried emailling (twice) and calling (twice). No one responded, no one answered, no one replied to voicemails. I checked Trustpilot as I started to wonder if the company itself was fake and I'd been scammed. Then I went onto their website form and said to cancel my order and hey presto, at the mention of money someone popped up - "I was just emailling you". Now whether that was true or not we were now I think near to 4 weeks since the order was placed and the event I wanted the item for had passed. It was sent with a courier who then failed to track it correctly and I left a Google review at this point...and this is where it got a bit dark - the owner replying to me online claiming they HAD responded to my emails and then sarcastically asking whether I was actually only upset with the courier. This was appalling. Their "customer service" had been non-existent to the point I'd checked if I'd been scammed. To try and publicly ridicule me over that? That's low. I would never use them again, based purely on that. A terrible experience start to finish, yes, but that was truly low.”

“Placed order 21st August. Chased four times - two emails and two voicemails - and heard nothing. Not even an attempt at contact. Tried to cancel the order on their website message box...and suddenly, once money was at stake, up they popped. It's 10th September and I'm still waiting for this drum pedal bag. The owner sarcastically replied to my review on Google claiming "as far as (he) can see", we had spoken on the phone and they'd replied to emails - completely false! If the appalling service wasn't bad enough, this left a particularly shameful taste in the mouth; it's simply 100% not true. Hand on heart I wouldn't trust this company with another penny, and would strongly encourage the same.”

“Purchased a very nice snare drum, can I just say that the feller running the shop ( Kev ) was as helpful and friendly as the day is long. Wonderful customer service on the phone and in person. I used the snare for a couple of shows over the weekend and it was everything that Kev said it would be!! Superb all round, thank you 👍🏻👍🏻”

“Like I’ve said before excellent customer service knowledgeable staff great atmosphere and plus you receive points when you purchase equipment so that’s a bonus and they’re literally the only drum shop who does it and that’s a good way to entice people into their store.”
