“We bought a new electric drum kit for our daughter from Rattle and Drum. We didn't really know where to start, but Sam was on hand to answer our many questions. He was very knowledgeable and an asset to the shop. Our whole experience was great and our daughter is very happy with her new kit. We shall definitely be back.”

“Many cymbals, hardware, sticks, etc. will satisfy your wants and needs. If the shop doesn't have what you're looking for, thier website probably will. With friendly staff members at Rattle and Drums, you're sure to get the help you need in choosing the drum parts that you want. Online orders can be completed as well. Even better is the fact that they can repair hardware for you. Not only that, but you can also trade in your used gear (cymbals, drums, etc.), for a good price. If acoustic drums are too loud for you, electronic kits are availible, and speaking from personal experiance, I will say that an electronic kit is a good way to start learning how to play the drums; beginner sets usually cost around £200, and they don't take up to much space. To sum up, Rattle and Drum is a great place to shop for anything drum related. They offer fair prices, great services and recomendations, and the staff has proven how helpfull they can be.”

“I ordered a drum that would take a while to be made by the manufacturer. I was informed when it finally arrived on a Wednesday that the remainder of the payment needed to be made, then the drum would be sent out to me. I made the payment later that evening, sent an email stating that I had, thanked them for getting the drum in for me, and that I looked forward to receiving it. A couple of days went by with no response, so I sent another email on the Friday asking if there was any information on delivery. By Monday afternoon I had still not heard anything, so I phoned up and finally spoke to someone who dealt with my order and got it sent out to me 2 days later. I wonder how long it would have taken to get my order if I hadn't phoned up! DHL also badly messed up the delivery, but that's another story and not the fault of Rattle and Drum.”

“Ordered a snare from Rattle and Drum late on Wednesday night. Arrived extremely well packaged on Friday morning. Excellent service. Shipping emails kept me updated. Gear was in great shape and as advertised. Would definitely use again.”
