“First time dealing with Rattle and Drum via their online shop, initially had a problem that the voucher code was not valid, called the number and was plesaed to immediately speak to a real person who was, from the background noise, clearly working in a real music shop. They quickly dealt with the problem in a professional, polite and friendly manner. I received everything I ordered the next day....Result! Highly recommended, and i'll certainly be using them again for all my instrument and accessory needs in the future.”

“Not the fault of Rattle and Drum but id advise you use an alternative delivery service from DPD. This is a complaint i sent to them today..i'm waiting for an apology/response. When i eventually located my parcel..i was pleased with it. But it did cause inconvenience. Hi there. I have a complaint about the my recent experience with DPD. (ref ‍15976851541247) Yesterday i'd arranged for a parcel to be delivered to a pickup point as i was at work. This never happened and i got a text saying it was going to be delivered to my home address today..when i specifically said i wouldn't be home. I even emailed yesterday..tried calling this morning plus attempted to change pickup point online..but no joy..I couldn't even speak with anyone at the local depot. So as i was given a window between 3.30pm and 4.30pm..i had to finish work half day to come home as my initial request of a pickup point..(which i tried to repeat) failed. I then receive a text stating my parcel had been delivered to a neighbour called Georgie at Number 9..i don't have a neighbour by that name..and nothing was delivered to either of my neighbours. I eventually get through to a lady called Mel at local depot (Aldridge i believe) who was helpful in calling the driver who'd delivered to a totally wrong address (different road name and postcode..Ashworth road with a B42 Postcode..wrong)..appalling. She told me he was going to retrieve the item and bring it to me..This didn't happen and neither did i think it would. I had to get in my car and fetch my parcel from the wrong address myself..Really incompetent service and the driver should be disciplined for total lack of concern/skills for the job in hand as the Address/postcode he delivered to was not what was on the box! In these modern times this really shouldn't be happening..i feel things are getting worse with the postal system in general and DPD seem to be top of the list..I'm sorry i've had to write this but not a happy customer. “Delivered exactly on time and at an excellent price. Guitar was slightly different from the one I thought I ordered, and they haven't yet responded to my mail saying as much, but overall pretty good. So four stars now, five if they make the requested replacement.”

“Well worth doing your purchasing of musical gear in the real works - you can go see the kit in real life, try it and heck you can even buy it there too, the important bit bring when i got a guitar from them they priced matched to the best I could get on the internet, so what’s to lose. Support your local store, they support you.”
