“Good selection, great products, helpful service. Slight delay in shipping due to low stocks of unusual items - best to allow a bit more time if your order is out of the ordinary!”

“Happy with the price and online ordering service for a Drum Dial altho delivery was a bit slow as prediction was around five days - ordered on the 11th January received on the 22nd. Presumably a mix of delays from the supplier and the courier.”

“Website did not seem to say what type of stands the rubber feet I ordered were intended for. I hoped that they would be for a folding music stand but in fact they are too large for that. It would be helpful if dimensions were included on the website. Perhaps I will have to return these?”

“Great Drum Store And pleased with service except onreceny order taking 6 weeks to Deliver However The Web site said item in Stock or max 14 days And was awaiting Delivery from Germany. “Good selection of products at very competitive prices. They stated on the website that. The item would take 7-14 days to come from their supplier. The only reason I given 4 stars is because I had to chase rather than Rattle & Drum providing updates. This is a fairly minor point and I would certainly purchase again from the company.”

“I ordered a cymbal for my son for Christmas which didn't arrive due to supplier issues . In all my dealings with Rattle and Drum they were very helpful and once they had tracked down what had happened they got the item sent as soon as they could. Very happy with the item and the service.”
