“Great customer service ,I had to change an order i phoned the shop, the drum department guy was unavailable on the phone. I was told he would call me back.. He phoned me back within minutes , Sorted out my order efficiently , it arrived via post within 24 hours. Friendly , helpful staff , 10 out of 10 .”

“Incredibly helpful, ordered in a hard to find product, set it up online, gave me free shipping even though it didn't qualify and responded by email to all questions immediately - far better than any other retailer - I would highly recommend these guys - most others just ignored me - rattle and drum went out of their way to help at every stage. Recommended for service and price.”

“Can't recommend these guys enough. Whenever I'm in Derby I always try and call in to see what new stock they have in and the staff are always super friendly, helpful and laid-back, a very different atmosphere to a lot of other music shops! Also really highly rate their online service, always received quick delivery and well-packaged items. Do yourself a favour and check them out :)”
