“An absolute gem of shop! Very friendly staff, very knowledgeable, and eager to discuss anything drum related. I was made to feel like a valued customer, not just someone who had gone in to spend money. Ken took the time to explain everything to me, so I knew exactly what I was buying. He is a very knowledgeable person, but not arrogant with it, he listened to me, and helped out immensely. Shops like this are sadly disappearing from our high streets, so it was a very pleasureable experience, and I will definitely be a returning customer in the future.”

“As part of my order wasn’t coming through as quick as they would have liked they gave me a courtesy call and she’d would I like the upgrade instead at no extra cost. Of course I accepted but just the fact they called me personally gives me the confidence to come shop here again.”
