Hi Julia, we take customer service very seriously and I'm very to sorry to hear about what happened in your situation. As I'm sure you can imagine we send out hundreds of items a week and inevitably the occasional package gets the wrong postage amount on it as many items straddle the various postage bands. However, the way our mail system works is that if an item is deemed to be underpaid by the Royal Mail it should still be delivered First Class to you the customer, and we get charged an additional fee at our end. An additional cost for us but the customer is unaffected and receives the item as expected. Your case is only the second time we have had an item turn up late having been wrongly assigned by the Post Office to Second Class and unfortunately I can't give a good explanation for why this has happened, it certainly isn't how it should work! Regardless, we are very sorry the delivery was slow to reach you and completely understand your frustration. Ineveitably with hundreds of orders a week occasionaly things go wrong but we will always try to make amends if possible and I have emailed you in regards to this. “Pros: Very efficient delivery. Friendly staff on the phone. Will be happy to use again. Cons: Website a bit basic. Guitar case had transferred some lining glue onto the neck - not serious, just work for me to sort out.”

“Ordered a Satchurator distortion pedal and Time machine delay pedal from RnD as they had the cheapest price of all online retailers I could find. Was contacted within an hour of ordering by one of the staff who informed me there was a problem with ordering the Satchurator pedal from Vox. He looked into the problem and contacted me again very quickly to inform me the pedal had been discontinued, however they still had one pedal left which had been on display in the store and had some small cosmetic damage. I was emailed some high quality photographs highlighting the damage and offered the choice of either the display pedal plus some free gear or a refund on my order. I elected to take the display model and was provided some fender custom shop patch cables and some EB slinky strings to make up for the pedal not being brand new out of the box. Staff were very friendly and eager to help. Order was dispatched and arrived the next day. I noticed they even cleaned the display pedal before sending it as it had some greasy fingermarks on it in the pictures but was shiny clean when it arrived! Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend RnD!”
