“Rattle & Drum have always been a fantastic musical instrument dealer (even back when they only sold drum kits) I have bought lots of things off them over the years (about 15 by my count) and all I can ever say is they're a great bunch with a cracking knowledge, reasonable prices, great attitude and the best selection you're going to get in the Derby/Notts area. Also when you're in you'll usually get good music being played. The after sales care is second to none, if you have any problems they will rectify them quickly and efficiently. It doesn't matter if you're a beginner or a pro you'll always be made to feel welcome and they'll let you try the equipment out without making any kind of judgements. I've waffled on long enough now so I'll put it in short... Rattle & Drum are well worth a visit and your custom.”

“Recently bought a new guitar from these guys. I didn't want to order one online and risk damage during transit so ordered it through Rattle and Drum locally. Even though they didnt have it in stock, they went out of their way to get in within 5 days of ordering. I've know these guys for many years and have always had great service from them. I'd definitely recommend them!”

“I purchased a second hand guitar online throgh the rattle and drum website. Website; Extremely easy to navigate and great selection. Unfortunately, could not process p[ayment using a card from Republic of Ireland and had to ring shop directly. Customer Service: Excellent. The person I spoke to could not have been nicer or more helpful. Very open to negotiation and organised delivery to Ireland without a problem. Payment was easy and straightforward over the phone. Quality. Excellent. Item was even better than imagined. Delivery. Quick and safe. Would I use them again? Absolutely and probably will. Ken (a very happy Pacifica 812 owner)”

“They price matched a Yamaha DTX 520 kit for me and sold my own acoustic kit on my behalf and gave me a more than fair price on completing the sale. A great shop that i would tell anyone to use for their drum/guitar needs.”
