“Very good item but the delivery was a bit awkward. Courier service should really start taking note of their own delivery instructions portal as i sent specific instructions which they failed to follow on 2 occasions. Thanks for sending one out on next day delivery.”

I wondered if it was an attempt to get you to pay £5 for a delivery slot of your choosing. . . Not directly the fault of Pure Luxuries, but worth knowing.”

“Very nice bag. Good colour and beautiful leather. Lots of pockets and compartments with good quality zips. All at a good price. Service was fast. My only complaint is that the strap is about 4-5 inches too long with no way to shorten it to the length needed. Across body it hits the top of the leg instead of the hip. This is on the shortest hole. I now have to spend more money to get the strap shortened!”
