“Speedy delivery. Earrings lovely, as pictured. Would have given 5 stars however the silver earrings were tarnished and needed a polish with a silver cloth before they could be given as a present.”

“Pure luxuries did dispatch the men's sachel I ordered very quickly. However the build quality of the bag was not as expected, for £125 you wouldn't have expected the metal clasp to rip the leather material the second time it was used. For us this was a shock. We actually had to post for it to be repaired seriously as we couldn't find a similar replacement. Apart from that it been a good experience.”

“I bought a Hidesign Hugo regular Black leather briefcase 9 months ago. One of the main brass fastening clips for the main flap has now become detached from its leather strap, and the other clip one has lost one of the two screws. Pure Luxuries responded the next day and they contacted Hidesign, who posted replacement screws free of charge. They were easy to insert to re-attach the fastening clips.”

“Ordered one bag online and when the confirmation came through, panicked, as it was the wrong colour. A quick email quoting the order number and the colour preference and sorted ;0) And very helpful and polite too. So would definitely recommend. One VERY happy customer”
